This elegant condo-hotel resort is located in east Waikiki, which is perfectly situated just one block from the iconic Waikiki beach, which is a surfing & snorkeling paradise, as well as walking distance to hundreds of amazing restaurants, world famous shopping, entertainment, luaus, dinner cruises, attractions and nightlife, including the newly built International Marketplace! We are also conveniently located within steps of the Honolulu Zoo, the Waikiki Aquarium, the lush green spaces of Kapi’olani Park, the Ala Wai, and a short hike to Diamond Head!

A gorgeous Superior Oceanview 1-bedroom condo on the 28th floor of the renowned Waikiki Sunset - rented out legally under Oahu`s short-term rental laws - has a brand new King bed in the bedroom, plus a very comfortable commercial-grade Queen size memory foam sofa bed in the living room with an optional ottoman that converts into a Twin memory foam bed to sleep 5 people total which is great for families or groups of friends. Our condo has amazing ocean views from every corner of the unit, FREE PARKING, high speed internet, cable TV, kitchen, breakfast bar with 5 chairs, and a private lanai with table & chairs perfect for morning coffee or afternoon pau hana (happy hour). Our fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with full-sized appliances, as well as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, pots & pans and everything you need to cook!

NOTE: Parking Update – Effective April 2026

Starting April, 2026, we will no longer provide included parking. However, on-site paid parking is available for $45/day, payable directly to the building’s parking management. Prices subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms.

For alternatives, nearby public parking lots are also available.

IMPORTANT: When parking, please be mindful of the `No Backing-in` or `Do not Back in` signs to avoid penalty.
Note: If you have multiple pieces of luggage, I suggest you park on the ground floor loading zone first (located on the right side after you enter the parking structure).

Guests have one unassigned complimentary parking space (vehicles under 6’ tall). Coin operated laundry facilities are located on each floor. $1.75/washer and $1.75/dryer. Bills can be exchanged for coins at the front desk. Trash chutes are located on each floor. Free use of the pool and recreational/picnic area from 9 am to 9 pm. There is a convenience store onsite. The property has 24-hour onsite security, so it is very safe and welcoming. Please note that upon arrival, all guests MUST check-in with security. Failure to do this may result in a $1,000 fine from the building association.
