This Superior bright and spacious, ultra-modern, open-plan studio with large sky light windows located on the third floor, provides comfortable home-from-home accommodation carrying for all your needs.

The living area is kitted out with a comfy 2-seater leather sofa and a 50-inch, wall-mounted, smart TV where you’ll be able to relax and watch your favourite movie or Netflix series whilst sipping a glass of your favourite tipple! There is even a desk with drawers and padded chair to catch up on any work.

The kitchen area has stylish anthracite units and a granite worktop, free-standing fridge/freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a tasty meal, or to enjoy a sneaky takeaway on the breakfast bar.

The bedroom area has a 2 single beds with bedside unit and bedside lamp. The beds have firm, hotel-quality mattresses & sumptuous Premier Inn pillows for the utmost comfort whilst resting. It comprises a bright en-suite bathroom with large shower cubicle, window, vanity unit and chrome towel rail heater. There is a large wardrobe for all your clothes with drawers underneath for your personal items. Hangers, iron/ironing board and a hair dryer is also provided.

For your security there are communal CCTV cameras.

There are communal, free-to-use, commercial washing machines and tumble dryer for your convenience on longer stays. There is also an intercom in your apartment from where you’ll be able to see and speak to anyone who buzzes your apartment at the main door.

Please note we collect £100 damage deposits from all of our guests, this is fully refundable at the end of your stay assuming no significant damage is done to the room or its contents.
