We are walking distance to gorgeous City Park; home to NOMA, the Bestoff Sculpture Garden, the Zen Gardens, Botanical Gardens, City Put, Storyland The Louisiana Children's Museum, many walking & biking paths, paddle boat & gondola rentals, a disc golf course, monthly art markets & so much more!
If you happen to be here for Jazz Fest, we are literally 3 blocks from the back entrance where the lines are always shorter! There are also often smaller festivals throughout the year in City Park which is a short walk.
You can walk to many great restaurants & bars & since this is Midcity, we are close to everything in the city. Just a short ride to the Quarter, the Garden District, Magazine St, the Bywater or anywhere else you want to explore.
We're also close to both the 610 & 10 so you can hop on the highway & explore what else SE Louisiana has to offer.
This is a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood that is also close to everything you could want in our fair city!
