- STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the unit. But you can smoke outside the balcony.
- Bedsheets, and Pillowcases are guaranteed washed, steamed and dried for every bookings. AVOID STAINING THE SHEETS.
- Stained bedsheets and towels will be charged P500.
- CHARGES WILL APPLY if there are newly discovered DAMAGES or LOSSES in the unit due to negligence of the guest.
- CLEAN AS YOU GO. Kindly keep the unit clean and don't leave your garbage inside the unit.
THINGS TO REMEMBER!
- Upon check in, there will be an additional 350 peso charge for the keycard.
- Upon check in, there will be a 3000 peso deposit. This will be fully reimbursed after checkout. This is to ensure that the guest return the keycard, as replacing a lost one cost 3000 pesos.
- CHECK IN: 2:00 PM
- CHECK OUT: 12:00 PM
- Parking is not included.
- Loss of unit's key will be charged P500.
- Loss of KEY CARD will be charged P3,000
