Nouveau condo à Bridges Bay Resort. Je possÚde également # 302 (VRBO Listing # 421663) juste à cÎté, donc si vous avez besoin de beaucoup d'espace ou si cette unité est déjà réservé pour les dates que vous recherchez, s'il vous plaßt consulter cette liste.

Ou, si vous avez une rĂ©union de famille, un mariage, ou un autre Ă©vĂ©nement et besoin de plusieurs rĂ©sidences, j'ai aussi une toute nouvelle chambre Ă  quatre lits, trois cabines de bain (VRBO Listing # 876711) ici dans la communautĂ©! MISE À JOUR - et j'ai une nouvelle cabine de 5 chambres qui est maintenant disponible (liste VRBO # 1107344)

Trois chambres, deux salles de bain condo de luxe avec des comptoirs en granit, immense terrasse, et de superbes vues sur le lac. Ce bùtiment est le nouveau design avec seulement trois unités par cÎté offrant plus d'intimité et de superbes vues.

Tous les nouveaux meubles avec un lit king size dans la chambre principale, lit queen dans la chambre secondaire et deux ensembles de lits jumeaux superposés de taille dans la troisiÚme chambre (quatre lits au total dans cette piÚce). Ce condo a également un canapé-lit queen size et peut accueillir confortablement 10.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour votre séjour. Belle cuisine avec appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Profitez de griller sur le pont avec le gril à gaz et de nombreuses places assises.

Chaque location inclut également six passes tous les jours au parc aquatique intérieur et une grande piscine extérieure avec un bar swim-up. Le parc aquatique et les piscines extérieures sont saisonniers.

En plus du parc aquatique, il y a une nouvelle piscine juste à cÎté du condo!

Lots of room and great views!

Property had plenty of room for four adults and an infant. Well stocked. Great views. Lots to do on the property also with lots of options within a short drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a family vacation

We had a short stay with 4 grandkids and one set of their parents
.total of 8 people and 3 generations. Great to have a room for the kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to be together and eat meals together. Location was great and we hope to make this an annual event.

Perfect Vacation

My family, with six adults and two toddlers, had a wonderful vacation in this condo. The unit was clean and roomier than it looks online, and the owner was very acoommodating. The grill was not working well and she came and brought us a new grill. She also provided a high chair and Pack n Play. The location is great for kids as we were close to the water park, restaurants, and a short jaunt to Arnolds Park. We will definitely be returning.

Disappointing based upon other condo’s

Cheap furniture, bad beds, poor decorations. Full page email of do not’s was a major turn off. Plastic plates, dish ware and limited pots and pans.Great view, tiny bedrooms and cheap fixtures. I would update and decorate and eliminate the full page email of what not to do.

New Condo at Bridges Bay

When we opened the door we immediately noticed it did not look exactly like the picture,especially the lack of lamps. There was not a single lamp in the whole condo. That was a major problem in the room with no window ! Our second biggest problem was that the oven temperature was way off which made it difficult to cook our Thanksgiving meal. I certainly wish the condo had had fewer problems because the location was perfect and the condo was generally quite comfortable.

Just Ok

The day of our arrival the pool with the waterside was closed due bacteria count being too high. The area that was open in the water park the water was freezing. The condo had plenty of space and well stocked. Like others have mentioned the oven was extremely slow to preheat.0n our second day the kitchen sink leaked. There was water coming from under the sink on to the floor. What a mess took everything out from under the sink, turn the water off and wipe water up from the floor. Plumber came at 1:00 and replaced faucet. The condo could use some TLC. Several places there was paint chipped on the walls. The carpet is stained and could use a good cleaning. The area back by the grills definitely hadn’t been swept in a while and they were couple of rugs in poor shape just tossed in the corner in that area. The grill could also use a good cleaning.

Family Vacation

Great property - highly recommend! We had a family vacation with 7 kids (7 and under) and 8 adults and everyone had a blast! The properties we rented (2 neighboring condos) were clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Brenda was easy to work with and very accommodating.

Wonderful stay for our girls trip

Lovely condo, looks just like the photos! It's stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and has closets full of linens and pillows. Beautiful view of the lake on the patio and very clean, quiet area. Brenda is a great host and replied to our messages immediately. Hopefully we will be able to stay here again in the future!

Good relaxing getaway

Gramma came to visit from Utah and explored the lakes. I was bribing her to move here and I think it worked! Our little family visit bridges bay once a month at least and now this is our new favorite spot. Brenda was very nice and understanding. We will surely come back and help care for Brenda’s condo! There was no issues with our stay and overall just what we needed.

My husband, 3 kids, and I loved this property! It was just like the pictures show, clean, and we felt so much more at home than we would have in a hotel. Brenda was so nice and easy to work with! We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

A Lovely Winter Getaway on the Lake

Very clean and peaceful. We’ll set up for families with children (does have some sharp corners). Everything you need for cooking. Perfectly located for resort access. My grandchildren are 3&4 and they enjoyed it. Some problem with the WiFi and owner was very responsive and it was resolved quickly. Specific to our stay: we were there for Presidents Day Weekend. The waterpark was packed and there was no social distancing so we chose not to spend time there. Even though we spent all of our time in the condo, it never felt crowded with four adults and two small children.

Clean & Comfortable

This is a clean, comfortable, and well maintained condo! Has everything you will need for your stay! The wine themed decor/wine bar area is cute! Brenda is a lovely host and has great communication and instructions. We came with our 3 Teen/tween daughters had plenty of room, enjoyed the deck, The fireplace, and views! We were able to enjoy the indoor water park! Made great memories with our children and had a relaxing stay!

Place was clean and has great view of the lake from a Back porch that is larger than the pictures make it seem. We texted the manager before we arrived and got responses immediately. Great place for a family to stay.

I first came to Okoboji several summers ago and fell in love with Bridges Bay. This community is beautiful with something for everyone from the great lake views to the playground and fishing pond and indoor water park to a relaxing dinner at Bracco overlooking the water. Enjoy the two swimming pools, hot tub, and swim-up bar, all without leaving the community.
