Whether you're a travelling professional or a visitor here to enjoy all that sunny Arizona has to offer, this location is perfect for you. Once you return home, the gated community offers security while the complex provides the luxury with 5 pools, 6 spas, a workout facility, 9 tennis courts (2 are grass) and Pickleball too! An assigned parking spot right outside your unit along with a keypad entry helps make your stay ultra convenient. Queen beds in each tranquil bedroom, both with recently updated bathrooms, an open layout, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit and an extra large deck that overlooks the best location in the complex! My husband and I both grew up in Peoria, IL. Once our 3 children left to be on their own, we began hosting since we had so many empty bedrooms. We started hosting to medical students that were visiting Peoria for their residency or clinicals. Soon after, we were being contacted by business people that travelled through the week and needed a place to stay until they went home on the weekends. The home that we hosted had a beautiful boutique gym added to the back of our house that my husband ran his fitness business from. This attracted many people that wanted to keep their workouts up while travelling. We enjoyed meeting people and hearing their stories.
Once we sold the house, we ultimately became snowbirds. Since we have always been into fitness and enjoyed the hiking opportunities in AZ, we found this wonderful condo and decided to have a place available for us when we come to visit family or just get a taste of the AZ sunshine!

We have stayed in Phoenix by Camelback, Old Towne and our 3rd year, we rented a condo in Scottsdale. The convenience of Scottsdale felt perfect and just for fun started going to open houses. When we walked into our condo and saw the view from our deck we fell in love with how welcome it feels! We decided to make the plunge to own property in AZ and we've never regretted our decision!

The ad for this condo stated that this condo offered the best view in the entire complex. Once you walk into the living room, we understood why. The view draws you in immediately. After that, the easy flow in the condo and the amenities that we offer help make you feel at home during your stay!
