SeaGlass is a spacious 2,673 square feet home on a corner lot, next to the Great Lawn, with ample parking and styled inside and out with high-end furnishings. You will be nestled within the highly sought-after boutique resort of Sunflower Beach. Our elegant coastal home offers a sanctuary of comfort and style, where every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create an unforgettable vacation experience.
No one's comfort will go unattended as each of the bedrooms boasts plush beds and high-quality linens. The first level features three spacious guest rooms, two full baths, and a convenient laundry room, ensuring comfort and privacy for family and friends. Additional amenities include smart TVs throughout, high-end appliances and accessories, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans throughout and central air-conditioning.
Ascend to the second level where the heart of the home awaits. The open-concept living area boasts ample seating with two plush sofas and cozy side chairs—perfect for lounging after a day at the beach or enjoying movie nights together, and enjoy the record player and Marshall speaker. The dining area is designed for gatherings, featuring a generous table that comfortably seats eight, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island.
The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, outfitted with top-of-the-line Bosch stainless steel appliances, gas range, special touches like a second automatic ice maker for your cocktail ice cubes, Chemex coffee maker and plenty of counter space for meal preparation. Step outside to the balcony, where a dining table and chairs invite you to soak in the breathtaking Port A sunrise while sipping your morning coffee. For outdoor grilling enthusiasts, a propane grill is conveniently located on the first level.
