We stayed here for the draft, if it wasn’t the draft I wouldn’t stay here again. Neighborhood isn’t good, definitely kind of sketchy.

Excellent communication with owner. Fast, friendly and courteous. Located about 450 meter walk up a large hill from Penn Avenue (bus 88) which is about 35 minutes to downtown. Apartment showing its age but fair value for cost.

Never got in

I messaged the night before since I never got access information. Our check in was at 4 and we never heard anything so I sent a message. Went and got dinner and still never heard anything so contacted VRBO support. They were not able to get the owner either. We got refunded and were lucky enough to know some people to stay with but overall very disappointed.

Convenient but a little noisy

Unfortunately there was miscommunication for our check in process. So we had to get a comp hotel our first night of our 4 day stay. The property was clean but it was a little noisy during the day as construction was taking place right outside our door. It was convenient as it was within walking distance of bars and restaurants on Carson Street. Station Square was about a 15-20 min walk and there was easy access to public transportation around town. I would say that there needs to be better privacy in the bathroom as the shade was broken and there was a communal laundry room adjacent to it with people from other units of the property doing laundry at various stages of the day. Overall I would say our experience was 3 out of 5 stars. The host gave good communication after their mishap with the first nights communication with the check in process.

Hi Chris, Thank you for your feedback. While I regret the initial hiccup at check-in, I’m glad we were able to resolve it quickly by covering your hotel for the night and I believe based on your assessment, It’s worth noting that this was the only issue during your 4-night stay... That said, I find it important to gently clarify a few things: the unit is located in the heart of the city —which comes with both the convenience and occasional bustle of its surroundings. Construction nearby is temporary and out of our control. It’s always my goal to provide a great experience, but I also believe in fair assessments. When a host, as you stated, communicates promptly, resolves issues, and provides clean, walkable accommodations as promised, it’s unfortunate when that’s overlooked in favor of things unrelated to the quality of the actual stay... We do wish you the best in your future travels. Prestige Properties
