Welcome to your cozy 1-bedroom studio in Millcreek, Utah! This charming space includes a kitchenette, in-unit laundry, a spacious closet, bathroom with shower, adjustable Temperpedic bed, 75 inch 4K TV, and a private entry for total independence. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or business guests, enjoy all the comforts of home in a peaceful area. Centrally located near local restaurants, shopping, parks, and just minutes to downtown Salt Lake City, skiing, and hiking adventures.
This studio is placed in the back of the home with a separate entrance. Please park off the side with the gravel driveway and keep the main driveway clear. The studio includes a soft Temperpedic mattress and a 75 inch 4k tv mounted to the wall. The adjustable base bed doubles as a couch to watch tv in bed.
The separate entrance to your private unit is in the back of the home with a Yale smart lock to get in. The only shared areas are the yard and parking.

No smoking (cigarette, vape or marijuana) is allowed on the premises inside or outside. There is a $100 minimum fee for smoking.
