Originally a 1960 Tahoe summer cabin, this entire home was extensively remodeled in 2025. Small but packed with charm and character. Stay in one of the three themed bedrooms: bear, fox and fish. A fun tribute to the wildlife local to Lake Tahoe. Open concept, living room, dining and kitchen make it the perfect spot for family gathering. The large deck off the main entrance gets lots of sun and has peek Lake views. Make your way to the backyard and you might be able to find one of the large and spectacular sugar pine tree pinecones freshly fallen from the tree. For your convenience there is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer, laundry detergent cleaning supplies, and extra linens and blankets. Donât worry about packing shower supplies, we got you covered with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Stay cozy with full home heating, a fireplace, as well as wall heaters in each room. Catch the lake breeze in summer from the new bottom and top open windows and ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom.
Guests are welcome to access the entire home, with the exception of the backyard storage shed used for owner supplies.
