We absolutely loved all of the amenities that were given to us! It was nice to have all of the kitchen essentials when we wanted to stay in for the night. The whole place was beautiful and passed our expectations! The host answered in a timely manner and wanted to make sure we had a great time! The host was nice enough to let me extend my birthday trip an extra day! The whole experience was definelty one to remember and if we ever came back, we would definelty stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The area was very nice. Loved sitting on the porch drinking coffee of a morning. The only thing that I would change is a king size bed would have been nice. But we had a great time and would stay again.

Nice, clean condo. We didn’t have time to check out the pool and workout facilities, but it made me leave a rating so I gave that five stars too. I appreciated the communication with the host. She was very friendly and easy to get in touch with.

Relax & Retail!

What a great stay we had at this property. Christene was an excellent communicator and the property was up to date, super cute and had several nice little touches - such as some handy snacks and festive lights on the patio. The bed was very comfy.This location is close to shopping, shows, AND the lake! We hope to make it down this fall to play some golf. Thanks again, Christene!

The smell of the water was terrible with very little pressure in the shower. Bathroom was very small. Bed was loud when getting in and out and guests upstairs were very loud early in the mornings.

Golf Scenic View

This property was more spacious than the pictures do it justice. You can sit in the living room or back porch and watch golfers pass through on one of the tee boxes. Christine provide extra towels and blankets, and the cabinet of boards games were a nice touch. We visit Branson often and look forward to staying here again

PERFECT

Weve stayed at Point Royale several times. It is close to everything but away. My grandson enjoyed the basketball courts and pool. This condo was clean with a touch of both homey and elegance. Perfect!

Relaxing!!

We needed to Rest and this was the perfect place!So Cozy and Comfortable and very Clean! I would do this trip all over again if I only had the time because my husband and I both just enjoyed it so much! We usually stay in a Condo with Wyndhum but they were booked up the dates we needed and we were glad they were. It was a very quiet location they had a nice restaurant, a pool and even golf none of which we were interested in but if that’s what you’re looking for then this is the place for you!! This unit was absolutely immaculate. It was so clean and fresh for our stay. Utmost attention was obviously given to the well-appointed designer touches. I especially loved the fire feature in the Äșiving room. It created a cozy ambiance perfect for any romantic get-a-way, family gathering or a festive flock of friends. No detail was spared in this home. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook and eat a fun meal together. Parking is literally right in front of your unit and so convenient. Our host was Amazing and provided us with an itinerary for check-in and a check-list to complete for check-out. She made everything super easy and was always available if needed for support. We were in an Awesome location - not right in the middle of all the action, and not so far away either. It's just a few minutes away from the 76 tourist traffic in a quiet resort with many amenities available to you such as golf, pool/hot tub, tennis and fitness center. Would definitely stay here again! Had a wonderful time!

The property was very nice. The shower was kind of wonky with the way it was set up. It seemed to be backwards. The pool was very nice and it was nice to have all the luxuries of home such as kitchen items and washer/dryer. There were a lot of ants on the patio and wasps. There is a nest in the corner. Communication was a little too much. When we received the message about shutting the curtain it felt like we were being watched. Communication just prior and the last day would have been good. Also, the dirty Kleenex on the patio was not from us, it was there prior. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
