Just a short drive away, youâll find Mlimani City Mall, the cityâs largest shopping and entertainment hubâcomplete with a cinema, supermarkets, fashion outlets, and a wide range of dining options.
The area is only 10 minutes from Masaki peninsula, where youâll discover trendy cafes, seaside restaurants, nightlife, and embassies, while Morocco, Darâs up-and-coming tech and business district, is just 5 minutes away.
If you plan to explore Dar es Salaam, you will have access to uber taxi, bajaji and public transport. The apartment comes with a parking lot inside a gate (one spot) and water reserve tanks.
