This is a Premium poolside corner unit on the 2nd floor. It is the first time for this unit to be available for winter guests, as it’s been rented for four months to the same guests for over 10 years. They loved it so much they bought a place in the next building, which is why it’s now available!

The Fountains in Scottsdale Ranch is a hidden gem. Enjoy a prime location with palm trees everywhere, fountains galore, green grassy areas, exquisite heated pool & spa, a lagoon surrounding the pool, flowering shrubs, all in a safe, clean, friendly Luxury Resort-Style atmosphere.

This Superb 2bd 2ba ranch unit has lots of amenities. With windows on two sides of the living & dining rooms, it is light and bright with stunning views of the palm trees surrounding the pool & lagoon area. Even better are the views from the living room patio balcony. There is an electric BBQ grill. Enjoy your breakfast or evening meal outside with these gorgeous views at your fingertips.

All windows throughout the condo have beautiful white plantation shutters. The living room has a red L-shaped sectional with two recliners to meet your viewing or resting needs. Relax on this comfortable sofa or an additional full sized sofa in the living room. The 55” Roku UHD TV is ready for your own streaming device or personal Roku account. The unit has high speed WIFI.

The dining room has a substantial table and six chairs, with an additional leaf for a larger gathering. In the credenza is stored additional tablecloths, napkins and placemats if you choose to change up the decor. There is additional seating at the bar counter with two bar chairs.

The roomy kitchen has lots of beautiful granite counter space, and a bar sink in addition to the double kitchen sink. There is a reverse-osmosis (RO) purified water system that supplies the ice maker and a separate faucet for drinking water. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, glassware, wine glasses, tableware, & cookware to meet your needs, and plenty of cupboard space. A starter supply of paper products & a few spices are provided. All appliances, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, mixer, toaster, cookie sheets, plastic ware for the pool, salad & mixing bowls of various sizes, & serving dishes are all waiting for your use.

The master bedroom has a plush king size bed, large dresser, night stands & lamps, two chairs, and a large walk-in closet. Looking out the large window you can enjoy the vast & lush palm tree view right from the bed. In the closet you will find pool towels and extra linens. There is a private bathroom with walk-in shower, counter with double sinks and separate toilet room.

In the hallway is a tall bookcase, counter with cupboards above & below, and a closet with full-sized washer and dryer. The hall bathroom has sink & toilet. The front closet has cleaning supplies and pool items.

The guest room has a queen bed, dresser, night stand, two windows, and a desk with office chair. The vaulted ceilings throughout add spacious height. There’s A/C of course, but there are ceiling fans, too. Adjacent is a bathroom with sink, tub and shower. There is an additional door into the hall bathroom.

In the front are two red Adirondack chairs and patio to welcome you into the condo.

You can park in the driveway right next to the courtyard entrance. If you prefer, a covered parking spot a short distance away can be arranged. Strictly no smoking and no pets are allowed. You will enjoy the close proximity to many amenities. It’s a very short walk to Walgreens, Planet Fitness, a delicious ice cream shop, authentic pizza shop, and several restaurants. Just a few blocks away is Scottsdale Ranch Park with tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, a senior center with lots of activities, or take a nice walk through the neighborhood around beautiful Lake Serena. Scottsdale HonorHealth Medical Center is close, and Mayo Clinic is nearby.

We will welcome you with a bottle of bubbly & some snacks. You will find The Fountains to be a beautiful and very friendly community. Residents often gather around the pool to converse, read a book, or relax in the sun.
