This 12,000+ sq ft modern estate has hosted world-renowned figures, high-profile events, and a private exhibition by one of the country’s leading art museums. Inside, guests will discover soaring architecture with gallery-like interiors, a home theater, with amenities including a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey and swing set, multiple living areas, and a curated private art collection that transforms the home into a museum-like setting. Separate guest quarters and a detached guest house offer privacy and flexibility for groups. Outdoors, the property is equally exceptional: an infinity pool and spa with sweeping views of the Channel Islands, an organic fruit orchard and vegetable gardens, private hiking trails, remote renovated airstream and even a helipad for direct arrivals

SAFETY NOTICE
Since tides affect swimming, fishing, and beachcombing, it’s always best to check the tide schedule before heading out.

POOL
Please note that the pool and hot tub are serviced every Thursday, the time of service may vary.

PET POLICY
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

SECURITY
For security, there is a camera on the gate of this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.

EVENTS
Parties or events are not allowed unless prior written approval is given by our team. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a fine.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the home. A fine of $1,000 will be applied to any guest found violating this policy.
