THE LIVING AREA

Featuring a 80" HD smart TV you can watch from a supersize couch. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even a PS4 game console for fun family time.

THE 4 BEDROOM

All 4 Bedrooms and Bathrooms are on the ground floor. Perfect for elders or disabled family members. Completely accessible throughout. Remember there is 5 steps to get into the home.

Fully equipped for all your culinary needs, our kitchen features a gas stove/oven, blender, toaster, cooking pans, baking trays, and essential supplies like coffee, oil, sugar, salt. All modern appliances including a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. Perfect for guests who love to cook and dine in comfort.

Dining tables and chairs inside the home give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.

Your home is an entire ranch-style unit with your own private entrance, parking. There's another unit that does not share with you anything and have their own private entrance.

FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite.

• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation.

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay. Let us know if you have any special requests

• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Randlett Dr, La Mesa, CA 91942" for accurate distances.

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day.

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking.

• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home, we hope guests treat our home like their own.

• Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests) and pets.

• Is smoking allowed? No smoking inside, only OUTSIDE the home and further away from the neighbors — please close all doors/windows and collect smoking residues/cigarette butts to prevent the smell from getting into the home

• 2 security cameras only. Active 24/7 to protect the home, the guests, and the hosts. The security cameras are installed outside the roof of the upper unit. Cover the driveway, grass area, and the pathway to the home

• Guest needs to present their ID as a part of the check-in process

Key-related issues:
• If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside.

A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc.

Pet Reminder: If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints
