This brand-new chalet has been built and designed to provide you with a comfortable and fun nature retreat.

You’ll enjoy, among other things: ☼ 2 Smart TVs

☼ 2 paddleboards for fun
☼ A dip in the 4-season spa

The property is ready to welcome your group, from the smallest to the largest: ✧ 3 closed bedrooms, two with Queen beds and a TV, and the third with a double bunk bed and a work desk. Each bedroom includes storage space and blackout curtains.

✧ The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. You will find dishware, utensils, pots, pans, tools, etc. Additionally, some essentials like oil, salt, pepper, ground coffee, etc., will be provided. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a dining table with 8 chairs.

✧ The living room features a large sectional sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, and a smart TV, perfect for family movie nights! Adjacent to the living room is a patio door leading to the terrace, where you can enjoy the outdoor furniture for BBQing and dining.

✧ The property includes two full bathrooms, one upstairs with a shower, and a larger one on the ground floor with a freestanding bathtub and a shower.

✧ Outdoors, you will have access to the private 4-season spa and to Lake Gordon, which is a 12-15 minute walk away. The waterfront is a small sandy beach with a gradual descent into the water! You will also have access to 2 paddleboards, 2 adult life jackets, and 2 child life jackets. The watercrafts are unavailable during the winter season from October 15 to June 1. It is strictly prohibited to bring your own watercraft to the lake.

✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, except for a locked storage area.

IMPORTANT:

All guests must complete a pre-check-in form via an "EnsoConnect" link to our online guest guide, which will be sent at the time of booking confirmation.

The verification steps require the guest to provide contact information, a valid ID, and an authorization for the $800 security deposit hold.

We understand that accidents can happen. To offer you peace of mind during your stay, we provide two options to protect both your stay and the property:

Damage Waiver
For a small one-time fee, our Damage Waiver covers accidental damage as well as normal wear and tear during your stay. It offers coverage up to $49, protecting you from unexpected repair or replacement costs and helping keep the property in excellent condition for you and future guests. With the Damage Waiver, you can fully enjoy your stay without added stress.
Note: The Damage Waiver is non-refundable. Please report any damage before your departure.

Security Deposit
Alternatively, you can opt to pay a refundable $800 security deposit to cover any potential damage during your stay. If no damage is found after your departure, the hold on your payment method will be released.
Note: Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card provider.

ATTENTION
Parties are not allowed. Quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood is a priority.

In winter, we recommend driving a 4x4 vehicle as there are steep slopes on the roads leading to the chalet, from November to April.

Since the chalet is new, during heavy rainfall and shortly after, the ground may be muddy and soft in some areas.

WIFI
The wifi at the chalet is excellent. With a speed of 125 Mbps, you will be able to work remotely without issues.

TV
We have 3 smart TVs in the unit, but we do not offer cable channels. You will be able to log in to your Netflix, Prime, Disney+ accounts directly on the TV.

FIREPLACE / WOOD
There is an outdoor and an indoor fireplace available for your use. We will provide wood, but I suggest you bring kindling and paper to help start the fire. You can purchase these nearby the chalet, and I will send you the addresses before your stay. The outdoor fireplace is not accessible from November to April.

We accept pets (max. 2 per rental). To simplify the process, we encourage you to pay the pet fee through Enso Connect before your arrival. This will allow us to ensure a smooth check-in. Thank you for your cooperation!

The number of pets is limited to 2 per chalet.

Pets must not be allowed on the furniture.
