Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the positive aspects like our rooftop pool, the spacious apartment, and our service.
We are sorry to hear the beds were not to your personal preference. As we discussed, they are brand new orthopedic mattresses. We were honestly surprised to hear you felt the need to purchase an air mattress, considering the apartment offers three separate beds plus a sofa bed for your party of three—plenty of sleeping options for everyone's comfort.
Regarding the cooling, we were shocked to read the A/C felt 'on its last leg,' as the property is equipped with three modern units (one in each bedroom and the living room) installed less than 10 months ago. The fans are provided strictly as an added amenity for air circulation preference, not because the A/C lacks power. Since this wasn't reported during your stay (unlike the mattress query), it was likely just a matter of adjusting the remote settings. We have scheduled a check regardless to ensure everything remains perfect for our next guests.
