There is access from the living room out to a fabulous deck with a BBQ and comfortable seating to take in the mountain views. Sit back and relax in the living room as you watch the game. This very open floor plan flows beautifully into the expansive kitchen, which is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space, ideal for entertaining. A comfortable dining table able to seat 6 is located right next to the kitchen. As you continue onto the left side of the upper level, you will find a half bath located off the hallway. Continue on down the hallway, which leads you into the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom features a cozy king-size bed with a ceiling fan. There are unlimited views from this room as you sit in bed. The primary room also features a private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and shower\tub boasting artistic flair.

Next, we will descend the stairs to the lower level of this home. Here you will find the game room/ media room for hours of entertainment for the family to enjoy together.
