House Rules & Important Information



-Pet-Friendly Stay: Bring your furry friends along! We allow house-trained pets for a fee of USD 150 per pet, per stay. Please inform us in advance to make arrangements.



-COVID-19 Sanitization: We thoroughly clean and sanitize the home after each checkout for your safety and well-being.



-No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you’re unsure about your event.



-Additional Nightly Rate for 7+ Guests: First 6 guests included in the base rate. Each additional guest: USD 39/night.



-Closed Bedroom Policy: The Extra bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests; the fifth bedroom for 10+ guests.



-Entertainment: Smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, and cable. Login info available upon request.



-No Smoking Indoors: Violation incurs USD 750 fine.



-Hot Tub Maintenance: Serviced twice a week in summer, once a week in other months. The pool technician accesses via the backyard gate. Hot Tub Out of Service



-Weekly Landscaping Service.



-Security Cameras: Two exterior cameras: one at the front door, one facing the garage. Recorded 24/7 for safety. No interior cameras.



-Security Deposit: Any rule violation will result in loss of the deposit, non-refundable.



-Garden/Pool Area Wildlife: Occasional harmless insects or wildlife may be seen. We have monthly pest control.



-High-Speed Wi-Fi: No cable TV service.
