This is a property for the more discerning traveller who wants peace and quiet away from the crowds but everything within easy reach, with quality furnishings, tranquil, private, peaceful, spacious and stylish with fantastic sea views overlooking the resorts of Cala Millor, Sa Coma and S'Illot yet only 10 minutes drive to their beautiful beaches. Also just 10 minutes away is the quaint, typical Mallorcan village of Son Carrio. Sitting in 10,000 sq metres of walled and fenced land, approached by a long private drive with electric gates, the property has 450 sq metres of accommodation comprising 5 bedrooms all with TV and en suit bathrooms, 2 of which have balconies, Downstairs are a dining room, large kitchen with TV, lounge with wood burning fire TV and DVD, downstairs toilet, laundry room. The décor is to a high standard and incorporates many Majorcan features. Outside there is a hot tub for 8 persons, a 10 x 5 meter swimming pool with solar heating, an adjoining bar, outside shower, barbecue with table and chairs for 10, ten sunbeds with tables and terraces. Restaurants, activities and shops are abundant in the resorts.

Local Area: There are many golf courses around the area, Capdepera, Pula and Los Pinos all within a 20 minute drive ( there are two sets of clubs at the house ) and a driving range in Sa Coma about 10 minutes away. There are many horse riding establishments.

The local village of Son Carrio and town of Son Servera are worth visiting as they are a true view of typical Mallorcan life with local tavernas and of course - tapas. They also have many fiestas and festivals which I have tried to incorporate in the welcome brochure. There are local resorts that cater for all tastes from quiet evenings for a drink or a meal, to live entertainment and night clubs, it depends on your personal taste. In the welcome brochure you will find local places of interest, plus recommended restaurants with approx. costs for meals.

Property: Guests can make their own way to the house or can be met at a convenient location and escorted to the property. A groundsman will call once a week to check and clean the pool and attend the garden areas, these are included in the rental. A car is essential if you wish to travel around the area, I appreciate that your holiday is a special event and if there is anything I can assist you in the enjoyment of your stay please do not hesitate to contact me or my staff.
If babies are in your party, there are two cots, two strollers, a pram, two high chairs, a playpen, babybath and potties available. There is a bady gate at the top of the stairs

We realy enjoied our stay at the House.

The house, pool and Garden were realy nice. The view was perfect. You could see the sea. We had some nice BBQ evening. Pool and Whirlpool were perfect for the kids. All in all a very nice and relaxing stay.

Fantastic villa for group holiday

The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Fantastico

Villa had everything you could need, pool and hot tub was great, lovely views of Cala millor. A short drive to Cala millor, Cala bona or Porto Cristo. we all enjoyed our stay including my 6 year old nephew and 2 year old niece. The especially loved the play area. Would recommend and hope to return in the future.

Fantastic Holiday in a beautiful home

This is a beautiful property, with every thing that you could wish for to make your holiday perfect. It's location was ideal...we visited numerous resorts and beaches all within a 10 minute car journey. It had everything that we needed including things to keep the kids amused table tennis, play area, board games, volley ball net, games console and a beautiful pool! Would definitely love to return again! Cleanliness, facilities, surroundings 10/10 A+++++

A perfect holiday in this Beautiful house!!!

We were amazed by this beautiful and well equiped house. We missed nothing, the rooms were nice with lovely bathrooms and we really enjoyed the big kitchen, dining areas, pool area and of course the fantastic view!!! Lovely Villa Perfect Stay

We arrived early April with a mixed age range party of 10, to perfect weather and a perfect villa. I got the impression that everything had been recently updated as the outside looked brand new and all of the bathrooms were spotless. Our stay could not have been better and Paul and the team been more helpful. If there is a downside you cant really walk anywhere easily, its a hop in the car and within 10 minutes you can be in the local village or Calla Millor, but the benefit is the peace and tranquility and amazing views you have. All in all a perfect place to relax and enjoy.

Amazing, everything you need, speechless, AGAIN

There is nothing much to say about this house, luxery at it's best, when u come to the backyard you stand there and you will impressed by this view, by the pool, the jacuzzi and eyerthing else, the you enter the house and you will still be impressed. This house was build with a lots of love and you can see it at every detail. the rooms and bathrooms are amazing, tv, jacuzzi, everything! And Steve, his family and paul were lovley, you feel very welcome and if you have any questions or you need something they are there! Kids are so welcome, there is a little playground and many games at the house. We will come back next year, and again and again. We fell in love with the house and everything around :-)

Great realxing family vacation at a perfect spot!

We stayed at the house for 9 days in may. We were 2 families (2 adults and 2 kids each). The house is spectacular. The rooms are quite big and the bathrooms well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could wish for. The outside area is also beautiful. We especially enjoyed the barbecue area and the outside hottub (once the kids were in bed ;-)). For us it was perfect, because there is plenty of space in all areas and especially the kids had so much fun to discover everything (pool area, playground, sandpit, garden, etc.). We felt very comfortable so that we did not move around a lot ;-) just were enjoying this wonderful place. Although the house is situated a bit remote, you reach Cala Millor in about 10 minutes by car, where you find supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and more. We can recommend the restaurant in Son CarriĂł next to the church. They have fantastic food, really nice staff, low prices and they do not bother if you come in with 4 little kids (1,2,3 and 4 years old) ;-) Thanks Paul for this recommendation! We had a fantastic holiday and can totally recommend this villa. Communication and processing with the owner was also perfect.

Spacious finca with great views!

We've spent one week with 11 people in this beautiful place and really felt at home. This finca is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. We espacially liked the fact that each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom (some of them also have a dressing room or a balcony). In this way every Party had its privacy and nobody got in each others ways. The kitchen is well equipped and provides everything one needs for cooking. The property is extensive and has a lot of differnt places to rest and enjoy the sea view. The pool was great fun during the day but we also really liked the jacuzzi for it was also quite chilly in the evenings or when the sun wasn't shining. A definite plus for the children were the turtoises which live in the garden. They looked for them every day and enjoyed feeding them. Paul is a great host and welcomed us in the best way. He showed us around, gave us advice and provided us with everything we needed. It was a pleasure to meet him. We really recomend this place and would love to come back one time!

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Miramar in August 2017, along with our two young children and two other families with young kids. We found the villa to be very well equipped for a large group like ours. The bedrooms were really great, all very large (two were massive) and all with large en-suites. The ground floor essentially breaks down into three rooms and to be honest we didn't use two of them as we were either outside or at the beach during the days/evenings. These south-facing rooms were also extremely hot with temps were approaching 40C during our stay. I would like to have had AC downstairs as well as upstairs, which was blissfully cool for sleeping. The kitchen provided everything we needed, albeit the dishwasher and oven door could do with a service/replacement as these were not working optimally which was frustrating. The outside space and particularly the pool area is undoubtedly the biggest selling point of this villa. Great pool, kids play area, table tennis, boules pitch, bbq, various seating/dining areas; all made for a great time for the whole family. The location was great for our needs, we wanted somewhere out of the way but with good access to the many great beaches on this side of the island. Having a hire car was absolutely essential obviously and I'd recommend pinning the villa location on you phone maps prior to arrival. This villa is off the beaten track so finding it for the first time is a challenge unless you are following a satnav. There is also a section of dirt track as you approach the villa which is fairly narrow and stony but perfectly navigable. I would certainly recommend Villa Miramar to others.

TrĂšs belle maison - trĂšs bon accueil

Cette villa est vraiment conforme à la description et aux photos publiées sur le site. Nous étions 4 couples et nous avons passés un super séjour: la maison est trÚs spacieuse, de quoi s'isoler mais aussi de retrouver à plusieurs; les chambres sont confortables et les piÚces à vivre aussi... L'équipement est plus que satisfaisant, on a trouvé tout ce que l'on cherché, il y a suffisamment de vaisselle, l'espace autour de la piscine est bien aménagé, le jacuzzi était agréable en soirée, les terrasses sont spacieuses aussi.... Rien que d'y penser, nous aurions tous envie de repartir demain !! TrÚs bon contact avec le propriétaire Paul et aussi Russel : réponse trÚs rapide à nos questions, avant notre départ (par mail et par tél), mais aussi pendant notre séjour. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis.... Et puis nous sommes trÚs contents de notre 1er séjour à Majorque, Calla Millor est une ville avec beaucoup de commodités, des commerces, des services, plage... Et puis la situation de la maison nous a permis de visiter facilement le nord et l'ouest de l'ßle.

Sehr netter Gastgeber mit Partnerin, allgemein großzĂŒgige Anlage mit paar abstrichen aufgrund des Alters. Check-In aufgrund dessen das es keinen Kontaktlosen Check-In gibt, etwas kompliziert, den genauen Zeitpunkt mit dem Gastgeber vor Ort auszumachen. Kofferabholen nach dem Flug, Mietwagenabholung, Lebensmitteleinkauf im Vorfeld, alles Themen die nicbt exakt Planbar sind, insbesondere nicht mit einer 11-Mann starken Gruppe.Gastgeber verlangte aber mehr oder weniger einen genauen Zeitpunkt fĂŒr den Treffpunkt an der Villa.Mein Vorschlag, eine einfache SchlĂŒsselbox mit Zugangscode einrichten und fertig.Die detaillierte Übergabe der Finca kann dann am nĂ€chsten Morgen erfolgen!

Wunderschöne Finca

Die Finca ist perfekt fĂŒr bis zu 10 Personen. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz und es fehlt an nichts. Sehr tierlieber Vermieter. Die Finca ist schön angelegt, eine richtige WohlfĂŒhl-Oase. Nur zu empfehlen!! Der Vermieter geht auf alle WĂŒnsche und Anliegen ein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Absolute Traumfinca

Es war traumhaft. Das Haus bietet ein sehr durchdachtes Konzept! Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne! Ausreichend GlĂ€ser (fĂŒr jegliche GetrĂ€nke), Geschirr , Kochutensilien und zahlreiche tv-GerĂ€te sind vorhanden. Der Pool ist mega und der Outdoor Jakuzi bringt die perfekte Entspannung ! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit , kulant und immer erreichbar . Es waren tolle Tage!! Bis zum nĂ€chsten Jahr !

Die Finca ist sehr sehr großzĂŒgig, sauber und mediterran gestaltet. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein eigenes Bad und einen Tv wer ihn brauch :) Die GemeinschaftsrĂ€ume sind groß und offen und es fehlt an rein gar nichts.. einfach nur top!!! Everything of the description meets the reality, Paul is a great host, despite the huge thunderstorm happened in October 2018 in that area Paul was making any effort to repair the jacuzzi as well as some other damages. Thanks for your hospitality!

I was born in Manchester, England, retired and bought a boat in 2004. I sailed up the Mediterranean arriving in Porto Cristo marina for the winter in 2006. Whilst there i found the delightful village of Son Carrio, loved the area so much that I started to look for a suitable house as living on a boat in the winter lacks a number of basic comforts that, as you get older, you appreciate and take for granted until you do not have them. I have a lovely wife, Karen, and 2 daughters Sommer and Sacha, who join me whenever they are able. We all love the boat and spend most of the summer on board going to the beautiful bays of the Balearic Islands.

After viewing many properties in my prefered area of Son Carrio, I found what I was searching for. The finca was midway between Cala Millor and Son Carrio, in an elevated position with great sea views, lots of land, up a quiet track, peaceful and in need of total renovation. This gave me a great project and work throughout the winter months, and two winters later the house was finished, taking into account that I stopped work during the summer to go sailing. Each winter I try to improve the facilities at the house and a tennis court is planned in the near future. We decided to rent out the house during the summer months as we are not there and this is a lovely house that needs people and to be lived in.

Currently the house is managed by myself and my wife Karen, we are available for advice on the area and to solve any problems you may have during your stay. The main benefits of the house are the space, tranquility and facilities, lots of room to spend with friends or family without being on top of each other. It is also a great base to explore much of eastern Mallorca, which in my opinion is the most beautiful, interesting and best part of the island.
