This Applegate cabin boasts 1 inviting bedroom. The cozy living room with 1 sofa beds is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. With WiFi, AC, and a new washer/dryer, guests can enjoy all the comforts of home. The fantastic location allows for easy access to local attractions. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

We have been Airbnb/VRBO hosts since 2008. Over the years, weâve hosted guests in our cabins, Indian teepees, homes, and RV sites at a beautiful resort. Now, weâre excited to offer our newest property, called The Woods - "Madrone Cabin"
Donât laugh... but the reason itâs called The Woods is rooted in childhood nostalgia. When we were kids, there was a patch of forest central to many of our friendsâ country homes. Back then, everyone had landlines, so youâd call your friend and say, âIâll meet you in "The Woods" at noon.â Nostalgia won out!

Two local restaurants are just around the corner, with dozens more in nearby Jacksonville, Medford, Ashland, and Grants Passâall within an hourâs drive.
Love the outdoors? Crater Lake National Park is a breathtaking two-and-a-half-hour drive, perfect for a day trip. The Oregon Coast is also within reach, offering scenic drives and coastal towns just 2.5 hours away. Mount Ashland provides fantastic skiing and snowboarding in winter, and cross-country skiing is available just minutes from the cabin. For even more adventure, Mount Shasta is only 1.5 hours south and offers world-class alpine recreation.
Water lovers will enjoy Applegate Lake (with paddleboard and kayak rentals), Lost Creek Lake, Lake of the Woods, Emigrant Lake, and Diamond Lake, all offering stunning scenery, boating, and fishing.
