Residents enjoy proximity to contemporary art galleries, luxury boutiques, and acclaimed eateries, all within a walkable enclave that exudes the charm of old Hollywood with a modern twist. The district's unique character and central location make it a sought-after destination for those seeking an authentic Los Angeles experience.

House Rules:
Welcome to our home. We kindly ask that you review and respect the following guidelines to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all:
Occupancy and Events:
-Maximum occupancy of 6 guests must be respected at all times.
-Parties, events, and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.
- Music must be kept at a respectful volume, with no outdoor music permitted after 10:00 PM.
-Any unauthorized events or violations of these policies may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Pets:
-Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with prior host approval.
- A fee of $90 per pet, per day applies. Kindly reach out before your arrival to arrange.
Smoking:
- Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Outdoor smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
- A $250 fee will apply for any indoor smoking violations.
Housekeeping and Care:
- A $35 replacement fee applies for each stained or damaged towel or pillow cover.
- A $200 replacement fee applies for stained or damaged sheets or duvet covers.
- Excessive mess requiring additional cleaning beyond standard turnover will incur a $200 deep cleaning fee.
Transparency and Communication:
- Guests are expected to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of booking.
- Any misrepresentation or non-compliance with house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Upon check-in, please promptly report any pre-existing damages. We understand that accidents happen â minor damages typically do not incur charges. For more significant issues, we will work with you to agree on a fair solution before departure.
