This house was a perfect place to stay. The hosts Syed and Rahim were very accommodating. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Chicagoland area for easy access to all transportation routes. 5 stars and then some!!!!

The property was clean and spacious. It wasn’t quite walking distance to dining or shops, but it was a short drive to Burr Ridge shops with ample parking. There are some really great playgrounds close by if traveling with children. The host was responsive when we reached out. There were a couple small issues with temperature control- it’s difficult to cool the upstairs without making the downstairs very cold. If you’re staying downstairs, consider packing warmer clothing. When it rained heavily, there was a loud noise from the sump pump that was quite disruptive. It was not a problem except after the heavy rain. Overall, the property was great and fit our needs well.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the temperature and sump pump. We provided instructions on adjusting the home’s temperature when the lower level feels cooler, as the upstairs and downstairs can naturally vary. We also inspected the sump pump and found it operating normally without excessive noise. The sound you experienced was likely caused by the pump working more frequently during the unusually heavy rainfall and flash-flood conditions. Home had a very convenient location , near shopping, grocery, parks , zoo. 30-40 min to downtown Chicago. There were 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for all. The home is lovely, however, you can tell that is it set up for short-term rentals. there are bedrooms in the basements, but they have little to no insulation or soundproofing. you can hear people upstairs walking normally and the shower running loudly off of your room. also the bedding is synthetic, be prepared to sweat in your sleep. also, where are the cups? there are only long stemmed wine glasses or coffee mugs. nice house overall, but bring some earplugs and grace.

In town for a family wedding. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place away from the bright lights of Chicago, great option. Only piece of caution that has nothing to do with this actual property or host is that it is a bit if a ride to get to the downtown area. I am glad me and my family stayed here though. Quiet upscale neighborhood. Beautiful trees. Felt safe the whole time. Thank you for a nice weekend.

Highly Recommended!Our group of eight recently stayed at this property, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we booked, the owners provided clear, detailed, and honest information about both the property and the surrounding area to help us make the most of our stay. Everything was exactly as described. There were no surprises and no upselling, just accurate and helpful guidance.Our group included three families, with ages ranging from 17 to 66, and the property comfortably accommodated everyone. The space was well suited for both gathering together and enjoying personal time when needed.On our final evening, we intentionally discussed our overall experience and invited feedback from every member of the group. The response was unanimous; we all loved the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.We hope to return to Chicago in the future, and when we do, this property will be our first choice.
