Quaint, a bit eclectic, historic, comfy!
I leave guests free eggs from my chickens (two doors down)
1930's traditional home with beautiful original wood floors, well equipped kitchen, large kitchen, living room and back yard!
Small, but complete bathroom with a walk in shower and all the necessities.
Two simple rooms with large energy efficient windows, queen beds, one room with a 50" tv.
GREAT logistical location (quick and easy access to I-10, I-45, I-69/59, 6-10 loop, Hardy Toll Road, the Heights, etc!
Metro Light Rail is just a 10-15min walk straight down the peaceful neighborhood street!
10 minutes or less to the Heights, St. Arnold's Brewery, 20th Street, Whit Oak Music Hall, Walmart etc
15 minutes or less to Downtown, Daikin Park, George R Brown Convention Center, Toyota Center, Shell Energy Stadium, Eleanor Tinsley Park, etc
