Best vacation ever!

Everything about this place was absolutely perfect! We can’t wait to come back! The house and property were amazing we all agreed we could have just hung out there everyday. It was very close to wolf creek for skiing and pagosa springs was a great little town. The hot springs were great.

My family & I spent our spring break week at Mask Ranch… the house is amazing and the views are just immaculate! I would definitely recommend these hosts & this home to anyone! We will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful time! The house was amazing and the kitchen was stocked so well. All the rooms were very large, so much space for the entire family. The river, the ponds, the hills, exploring the 450 acres was awesome! Seeing elk at the back door in the morning was majestic. Kim and Conor were very responsive when we needed to contact them. We had a great time at the hot springs and eateries in town which were just a few minutes away.

Perfect getaway

We were very impressed by this property. The home is perfectly cleaned and beautiful perfect for our whole family. The owners are very kind and will help you with anything you need. We spent the first day exploring the land and walking down to the river. The location is perfect and a super close drive into town. I would highly recommend this home well worth it.

Our stay at Mask Ranch December 28-January 2 was flawless. Five of us stretched out comfortably. Beds felt plush, kitchen had every tool we needed, our kids enjoyed games of pool and ping pong, plus the wide open land and views for miles. It was only 5 minutes into town and the hot springs and 40 minutes to Wolf Creek. Anything we needed Kim was just a text away. She was very friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Pagosa Springs. Absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!

Clean well kept. dishes and pots pans were in good shape. grounds are immaculate, birds peaceful, quiet. fishing and great views all around, hiking, checked off everything we wanted in a mountain fishing getaway. we will be back awesome place. hosts Kim and Conner are great, they will help with everything and yet you won't Know they are there.

Amazing Vacation on This Beautiful Property!

This was our 2nd year to go to Pagosa Springs for a family/ friend ski trip. Kim and Conor’s cabin was a homey beautiful place to stay and the views on their property are amazing! We enjoyed the amenities like the hot tub (the view from the hot tub is beautiful and we enjoyed the evening when the sun shined pinks and purples off the mountains,) we took advantage of the fireplace in the house and spent a lot of time sitting around it warming up and visiting especially after getting back to the house from a long day skiing, other things we enjoyed at the house were the pool table and ping pong table, and the property near the house has some hills that we all went sledding down and did a little exploring. While we were there we even saw elk on the property and a fox! We had our dogs with us and they enjoyed the property too and we had no issues with the homeowners dogs. Kim and Connor were easy to communicate with and were very friendly! We are planning to visit this property again during the summer to enjoy the river that runs through it and it’s beautiful views!

The house was great and had everything we needed! Big open spaces with enough room for 8 adults, could have slept many more! We can’t wait to come back when it’s not snowing and enjoy the entire property!!

Great time at the Mask Ranch

This is a great place to stay. The house is roomy and has everything we needed, the location is spacious and gives a great view of of the mountains, and the hot tub is wonderful. You can hike anywhere on the property, tube or kayak on the private river and ponds, and fish. Kim and Conor are great hosts and shared their fabulous garden with us.

Easy does it

The location can't be beat with a short drive into town and a panoramic view of the mountains. We especially enjoyed the huge lawn with lots of space for the kids to play. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this property. Everything was easy and the house had everything we needed.
