Other Things to Note:
We are a dog-friendly home with a 2 dog maximum on the property at all times. There is a $75 pet fee that is automatically added once you indicate you are bringing a pet during the booking process. Sorry, no cats.

Since we are a dog-friendly cabin, we do not recommend booking this listing if you have allergies to dogs. We clean our home very well, but during the cleaning process, dog hair may get swept into the air and you may occasionally find a few stray hairs as they settle after the cleaners leave.

Guests will be provided with a starter pack of household supplies that includes hotel sized shampoo, soap, one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, and dishwashing detergent. Please pack other essentials accordingly depending on length of your visit. Charcoal not provided.

Any guest that does not adhere to our 10am check-out time will be charged a $50 late fee.

As you come up the mountain from Gatlinburg, the road is windy so make sure to drive slow and safe. 4WD vehicles are necessary for winter months as the weather can be ever-changing and somewhat unexpected. You’ll find comfortable parking for up to 3 cars directly in the driveway.

We are not responsible for things outside of our control throughout your stay including but not limited to the weather, wildlife activity, and disruptions in power or internet.

Occasionally, you will see our neighborhood Mama Bear and her cubs on or near the property. While they are adorable, it’s best to leave them be. Do not feed the bears or leave any food or trash in your cars or outdoors. They have been known to break into unlocked vehicles with ease.
