After summer special, consider this house your home away from home while you visit Barnstable. This ranch is located at the end of a quiet culde-sac and in an established historic district. This property is on over one acre of land and features 3 bedrooms with a cozy queen bed, two full beds, and a charming twin trundle bed. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. You can even take a shower after the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower or stay on the property enjoying the outside fire pit. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heating, WiFi, a hair dryer, a washing machine and dryer. Comfortable central AC is afforded throughout the home.  Only 4-minute drive to the Whale Watch at Barnstable Harbor and restaurants. This location is centrally on cape cod location and close to restaurants, beaches and a charming general store. This location will feel at home while you're traveling throughout Cape Cod.

Best vacation Ever!!

Beautiful property inside and out! The communication was top tier from the beginning. Actually getting there and seeing the house was absolutely beautiful. It looked & felt welcoming. Our stay was the best ones thus far! Amenities, linens, toiletries but most of all peace and comfort.

We had a lovely stay at Sally’s property in August. The house is in a quiet, peaceful spot, perfect for exploring in multiple directions. We visited the Heritage Musuem and Gardens on a cloudy day and highly recommend, as well as Sandy Neck beach. We enjoyed the sunset at nearby Millway beach. Lots to do, relaxing back yard, great communication with Sally throughout. We were sad to leave!

Beautiful property, with a superhost. Everything you need from fully equipped kitchen (including spices) to beach chairs. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Hyannis. But only a 10 min drive away! Lots of space for all to spread out, great yard for games and gathering around a fire pit. Looking forward to renting again.

The property was exactly as it was described. Myself and my children along with my boyfriend and his children all stayed and it was perfect for all seven of us! The backyard was perfect for the kids to play outside and we enjoyed meals out on the deck in the perfect weather we had. We had all the anmenities we would need as if we were in our own home! Everything we needed was within driving distance and we were away from the crowds so it was a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I was able to go for a wonderful morning run and got to see turkeys along the way and was free of loads of traffic and felt safe.

Peaceful setting

The location close to Barnstable village was perfect for us to visit nearby family. It is in a quiet, established neighborhood with a large yard which we enjoyed a lot (thanks for providing wood for the fire pit!). The house was roomy, clean and comfortable with a good supply of bath towels, linens, shampoo, soap etc. The kitchen was better equipped than most of the places we’ve stayed including basic spices and condiments. My kids are older and enjoy the quieter side of the Cape. At the same time, a lot of attractions as well as shopping are very close by! We come to the Cape every year. Overall, my family liked this house better than any of the other places we’ve rented. We would definitely stay here again.

Warm and welcoming home in central location to access Falmouth to Chatham

Sally's home is a warm and welcoming Cape Cod escape. We were two families with 4 adults, 2 12 yr olds & a 19 yr old. We were welcomed with freshly cut hydrangeas on the dining room table, information about Hyannis' July 4th activities posted on the fridge including some of Sally's favorite restaurants and sites, a few notes highlighting the kocation of items we asked about, the trundle bed pulled-out and made up, and a welcome note.The kitchen is more well stocked than ours back home with utencils, pots/pans, serving bowls & trays, storage containers and more.There is plenty of space for 7 guests to be together or spread out with a TV in almost every room, great flow from the kitchen to the dining room and living room, a home office set up, 2 full baths and generous outdoor spaces including a deck off one of the bedrooms. Also great use of the mud room with washer and dryer, 2nd dining table, couch and TV to be a 2nd living space. I'm including a few additional pics.Neither family has pets & although this house is very dog friendly (high trash cans, leash, treats, etc) we appreciated the cleanliness.We appreciated the good pillows, very comfortable beds & plush towels. In addition Sally was very responsive to our pre booking questions & communicating prior to arrival with details for the stay.Both families already said if we are going back to the cape next summer, we'd love to stay here again.
