The Space:

This two-bedroom apartment puts you at the centre of one of the city's most walkable and animated neighbourhoods, where café terraces, acclaimed restaurants, and cultural landmarks are steps from your front door.

 

The space

Keypad self check-in means you set your own arrival time - no waiting, no coordination. A building elevator makes every trip up and down effortless, and the apartment sits on a single level throughout with no internal stairs, so moving through the space is easy from the moment you walk in. A personal safe keeps valuables secure, and a dedicated workspace with WiFi means you can stay connected whenever the day calls for it. A TV rounds out the living area for quieter evenings in.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Both bedrooms are set up for proper rest after full days exploring the city. Bed linens, hangers, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades are provided throughout - settle in quickly and sleep well, however the day ended.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen handles everything from an early morning coffee to a meal cooked at home. A refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and blender cover the essentials, while dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table complete the setup - equally suited to a quiet dinner in or a relaxed gathering after a long evening out.

 

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, soap, and toilet paper, with reliable hot water ready each morning and at the close of every day.

 

Building amenities

A rooftop pool and gym are available within the building. Unwind with a swim against the city skyline or keep up a fitness routine - both are there when you need them.

 

Neighbourhood & getting around

Colonia Americana places Guadalajara's dining, nightlife, and cultural scene right outside your door. Public transportation, taxis, Uber, and DiDi are all readily accessible, making it straightforward to reach destinations across the wider city. A nearby laundromat adds practical convenience for longer visits, and long-term stays are warmly welcomed.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 2* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $10* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.
