Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms accommodate up to four guests, each with a comfortable bed and room-darkening shades to help you sleep through the morning light if you need it. Hangers and a closet keep your belongings organized throughout your stay, and fresh bed linens are ready when you arrive.



Living space

The living area is set up for easy relaxation - stream your shows on the TV, connect through the Wifi, or simply decompress after a full day of exploring. The layout flows naturally between spaces, making the apartment feel open and easy to move around in.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking. Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms mean no waiting around in the mornings. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hot water - everything you need to refresh and get moving.



Building & access

A private entrance and elevator access - with a cabin at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide - make arrivals and departures smooth and independent. Self check-in via keypad means you're never waiting on anyone to hand over keys. When the day calls for a slower pace, the pool offers a welcome spot to unwind without leaving the building.

The condo sits within easy reach of some of Guadalajara's most distinctive areas - Paseo Chapultepec, Glorieta Minerva, and the Centro Histórico are all nearby. The surrounding streets are lined with cafes, galleries, and architecture that reflects the city's layered history. 1. Mandatory garbage disposal:

All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.

It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.

2. Garbage Disposal Requirements:

Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.

Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.

3. Liability for damage:

Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.

4. Instructions for rentals through platforms such as Airbnb:

For apartments renting through these platforms, we ask that you instruct your guests on these provisions to avoid mishaps.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and cleanliness in our facilities.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 4* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $15* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.



-Guests are not allowed.



-Pets are not allowed.



-Linen changes are not provided during the stay.



-Provided amenities are for a single-night stay.



-Basic kitchen utensils are tools, not consumables.



-The grill is available upon request with 24 hours' notice.

-Maintenance and administration of common areas in the condo are not managed by Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.



-It's important to note that due to ongoing development in Guadalajara, there may be construction near the condos, leading to daytime noise.
