The guest suite features its own living area with a couch and flat-screen TV, dining/work table, and mini-fridge/coffee machine making it an ideal environment for hosting guests.

Guest Bedroom in Guest Suite (Bedroom 2): The guest bedroom features a double bed and a bunk bed with two bunks. It is connected to the living area and en suite bathroom (Full Bathroom 2) which features a modern sauna.

Additional Guest Bedroom (Bedroom 3): An additional guest bedroom sits between the main house and the guest suite and is accessed through its own entrance. This bedroom has a queen bed, desk for remote work, and an en suite bathroom (Full Bathroom 1).

Pool: Following a stone pathway from the patio, you will find a newly constructed 13 x 30-foot vanishing-edge pool that seamlessly blends with the horizon, offering uninterrupted views of the rolling hills and vineyards of Sonoma Valley. Adjacent to the main pool is a built-in hot tub. Surrounding the pool are multiple seating and dining areas, furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and shaded by a pergola with an outdoor shower. These spaces are perfect for sunbathing, reading, or enjoying meals while taking in the breathtaking landscape.

Backyard: Next to the pool is a bocce ball court surrounded by professionally landscaped grounds featuring mature olive trees and rolling hills. Farther up the hill from the pool is a swing and trampoline for the kids to enjoy.

This is a private vacation home that is available for rent during the summer for a minimum of 30 days per Sonoma County restrictions. We just purchased the home and have not had tenants previously.
