Outdoor BBQ and shower by the pool/spa will add extra quality family time for your vacation. Every bedroom has AC too.

This expansive 3,500 sq. ft. double-story home comfortably hosts large groups, accommodating up to 23 guests with ease. Every room is thoughtfully designed to offer privacy, comfort, and a touch of island luxury.

-Bedroom 1: King bed + trundle (sleeps 3)

-Bedroom 2: King bed (sleeps 2)

-Bedroom 3: Queen + twin (sleeps 3)

-Bedroom 4: King + twin + crib (sleeps 3 + baby)

-Office: Full-size bed (sleeps 2)

-Bedroom 5: Queen bed (sleeps 2)

-Downstairs living room: Twin-over-full bunk beds + day bed (sleeps 7)

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am daily. A $1000 fine will be applied to your reservation if you violate the quiet hours rule. Repeated violations may result in eviction from the rental property.

The base rate is for up to 8 people. If you have more than 8 people, we will add a service fee of $40 per night per additional person for additional beds, futons, linens, towels, etc.

Maximum Occupancy: Only the individuals specifically registered at the end of this document shall occupy the premise at any time. Children are counted in the total of the occupancy. Over-occupancy is a material violation of this lease agreement. If you bring more guests than the number of registered guests, you will be charged at the rate of $100 per person per night. Or otherwise, it will be $1000 per night fine applied to your reservation.

Parties or events: No parties, events, or visitors are allowed at the property without explicit written permission from the owner. There shall never be more than the number of guests in the reservation on the premises at any time.
