The house has everything - central air, high speed wifi, well appointed kitchen, off street parking, Sonos, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, ceiling fans, fenced in private back yard w/BBQ grill, outdoor shower, seating, dining table, umbrellas - plus, beach chairs, towels and 2 Belmar beach badges.
This one-level house is in a quiet neighborhood, so you will sleep well at night. You'll enjoy the large private fenced in backyard with an outdoor shower, dining table, BBQ grill and large seating area with sofas and chairs. The covered front porch provides additional seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
We provide 2 Belmar season beach badges, plus beach towels and sand chairs for four people for use during your stay.
This home has 1.5 bathrooms and plenty of sleeping options with two bedrooms (one queen, one full), plus the living room has a full size sleeper sofa.
- All linens (sheets, towels) provided.
- Private driveway parking with additional on-street overnight parking permitted.
- Washer and dryer for guest use free of charge. Detergent and dryer sheets provided.
