Only registered guests are allowed—day or night.

No unregistered guests, animals, or extra vehicles.

Additional guests not listed at booking will be charged $150/night or may result in removal without refund.

No smoking indoors; outdoor smoking permitted away from open windows or doors.

Please use bath towels indoors only.

Any loss, damage, or tampering with property/furniture will be charged from the security deposit.

Two outdoor security cameras monitor the front drive and backyard for safety (no interior views).

Parties over 20 guests must be pre-approved by the host.
