Just four blocks from the Roosevelt Light Rail Station, you’ll have fast, easy access to the University of Washington, downtown stadiums, the buzzing nightlife of Capitol Hill, and even Sea-Tac Airport—all without needing a car.

Professionally designed with a fun, eclectic style, Rosie feels like a boutique hotel wrapped in the comfort of home. The house spans four stylish levels, filled with curated art, cozy touches, and plenty of personality.

You’re just a 10-minute walk to Green Lake, one of Seattle’s most beloved outdoor escapes. Stroll, jog, or bike the 2.8-mile loop around the lake, or enjoy its pickleball courts, indoor pool, swimmable beaches, and summer wading pools for the littles.

Your stay includes a family pass to the Woodland Park Zoo, a nearby gem and perfect for a day of adventure with or without kids.

Floor-by-Floor Layout

Ground Floor:
The main level includes a cozy living room with a Smart TV, an open dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen complete with a Nespresso machine (with pods included!). You’ll also find a mini-split climate system, a colorful jungle-themed powder room, and a curated selection of Seattle guidebooks to help plan your outings. Step out to the private side patio with BBQ and seating—great for casual outdoor meals.

Second Floor (Floor #1):
The Zen Room is a peaceful queen bedroom with Smart TV and relaxing design.
Robin’s Nest is a playful trundle-bed room, ideal for kids or extra guests.
Both rooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo—perfect for families or groups.

Third Floor (Floor #2):
Welcome to Treetops, your serene king suite surrounded by calming hues and leafy views. This spacious retreat features a Smart TV, its own mini-split climate control, and a dedicated desk space overlooking a large cherry tree. The ensuite bathroom boasts a huge walk-in shower, and the washer/dryer is conveniently located on this floor. In the walk-in closet, you will find a pack n' play and a high chair.

Fourth Floor (Floor #3):
Top off your stay with Rosie’s stunning rooftop deck, outfitted with lounge seating, a hanging nest chair for two to snuggle, yoga supplies, and on clear days, gorgeous views of the Olympic Mountains. As you ascend, enjoy a vibrant custom art piece—a perfect reflection of Rosie’s creative spirit.

Please note: Rosie has lots of stairs and street parking only, but we do provide a hang tag parking permit for your convenience during your stay.
