Quiet, family-friendly 3BR/2.5BA Japandi-style apartment in a residential villa community in Pomer, Istria. Well suited for families or small groups seeking a calm, spacious coastal stay. The 140 m² apartment offers sea views, air conditioning in every room, a private balcony, and free driveway parking. Not suitable for parties, events, or loud groups.
Wake up to olive trees and views of the Adriatic Sea in this peaceful, design-forward apartment just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The home blends Scandinavian simplicity with Japanese-inspired calm, creating a relaxed and uncluttered atmosphere ideal for longer stays and family travel.
The open-plan living area includes a 50" Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and international channels, a high-end sound system, and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Each room has its own air conditioning unit, and a washer with drying rack supports extended stays.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features Bosch appliances, including an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. A Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster, and a fully stocked coffee station make it easy to feel at home. The dining table comfortably seats eight.

From this location, it’s easy to live like a local: pick up fresh bread in the morning, walk to the water, and enjoy sunset wine from the balcony. It’s a perfect base for families, couples, or digital nomads looking to rest and reset.
