Our studio apartment is fully equipped and furnished, ideal for up to four people. Below are the details:

VISITORS:

*Visitors are only allowed if they do not exceed the apartment's maximum occupancy, and arrivals are permitted before 6 pm.

*After 6 pm, if there is availability, visitors must be added as guests. An additional charge may apply.

*Visitors must provide their name and ID number and present it at the front desk.

PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION
*When making the reservation, you must provide the names, ID numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses of each guest.

At the front desk, this information will be verified against ID cards, so please present them.

You must complete and sign a registration card, accepting the accommodation and building policies. Photos of your ID documents will be taken at the front desk.

We’d like to kindly remind you of our house and building rules
These are in place to maintain harmony with our neighbors and ensure you have an amazing stay.
• Quiet hours: from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony.
• No parties, social gatherings, or loud noises, especially after quiet hours.
• No unregistered guests are allowed. Any visitors must be reported to both the host and the building reception. Visitors may only enter before 6:00 p.m. After that time, they must be added as registered guests (as long as the maximum capacity is not exceeded). Additional charges may apply.
• Linens and towels are for hygienic use only. Any stains (such as makeup, blood, wine, etc.) or damage will be reported and charged accordingly.
• Please help us save water and electricity by turning off fans, air conditioning, and lights when leaving the apartment.
Any violations may result in a fine or penalty — though we’re sure that won’t be necessary ?
This is simply a reminder to ensure everything runs smoothly.
