It’s in a great spot and and just right for relaxing after a day out.

The Space:
Our fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment is a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The bedroom has a queen bed, the bathroom is clean and functional, and there’s a living area where you can unwind or catch up on some work.

The kitchen has the basics if you feel like cooking. Wi-Fi is also included. Self check-in makes arrival easy and flexible. The apartment is well located, making it a solid choice for short stays—whether you're in town for work or taking some time to explore the area.

Note: Few similar units are featured in this listing, all fully furnished but with minor variations in their design or floor plan.

The kitchen is nice and adequate. However, the furnishing is a bit run down. There are broken pieces of flooring. The windows do not have bug screens, therefore not possible to have open fresh air. Luckily, the air conditioning is working well.

This is exactly what we were looking for. Location is good near beautiful side streets and walking distance from shops and good restaurants. Very responsive host. Nice decorative touches and clean, efficient cooking area. Clean apartment which could use updating but if you want updates you’ll just have to pay more. This was our second stay in this general area and we liked this one better. Definitely a reasonable price for this area. Ad is accurate regarding the apartment.

The property was absolutely filthy. There were no towels and only one pillow (not that we wanted tp use it!). Thankfully after a few calls, VRBO refunded our money, but they clearly do not verify their listings which is unacceptable!

The assistants try to be as helpful and kind as they can but it's impossible to deal with an apartment such as this one. I have never left a review about anything but this experience was utterly bad. It seems much better in the pictures than it actually is. The building is absolutely HORRIBLE. I asked in advance about the elevator and the owner said there was a working elevator. Turns out there was none, both elevators (which are prehistoric) never worked for the whole time I was there, and I was there for basically a whole month. The hallway always smelled disgusting. The apartment is not horrible but the place was really dirty, especially the bathroom, which was not in a great state. The entrance doors don't work all the time, on my last day I couldn't get in the building to pick up my stuff and was outside for almost 30 minutes. That whole morning was POURING rain.

The unit was perfectly clean! It had everything we needed and was easy to find thanks to the clear directions the host gave. The building itself left much to be desired in appearance and smell. The neighborhood was walkable and parking was plentiful, except you may find it down the block and around the corner. However, because neighborhood was busy and walkable, it wasn’t bad at all.Everything was great, but there was a little hiccup with the internet that took longer to resolve than we would have liked. Thankfully, it was resolved the same day. I work from home and so I need a steady reliable connection throughout the day. The assistant, which was at least pretty responsive, eventually asked us to leave our unit to go to the other unit to fix the problem ourselves. The assistant helped with directions via text. We would have hoped that we didn’t have to be so involved in the resolution, due to the inconvenience to our schedule, but we are grateful that after that we had no problem at all with internet.
