THE OTHER OPTION IS JUST TO USE THE UNHEATED POOL FOR FREE WITHOUT THE HEATER.

There is $100 per night pool/jacuzzi heat fee. You are free to use both as is un-heated. Please contact your host at least 48 hours in advance to arrange for this service.
The pool heater and Jacuzzi are solely controlled by Management and NOT the guests. The Jacuzzi funtions can only be used for a few hours at a time. Management should be notified in advance as to when guests would like to use the jacuzzi heat and jets. We know this is not ideal, however the pool and jacuuzzi heat cannot be run simultaneously so this is the workaround. Also, this equipment is extremely sensitive and can be damaged easily which is why we dont allow guest access.

Perfectly spaced out rooms with privacy and comfort. Loved the office/game room, dinning area and the living room. It was very pleasant for me and my guests as all accommodations were as expected. We were able to work remotely during the day and enjoy the pool and jacuzzi in the evening, even when it was cold out. Property management team was very friendly, accommodating and very responsive. My oversees guests were not only impressed, but stressed how they would love to return to the same house for much longer than the two weeks. Highly recommend!

House is old, broken chair, dirty backyard, have to pay extra for pool lights and jacuzzi, broken shower head, empty kitchen, very limited kitchen utensils, and bbque pit was dirty. The good things is the AC
