A private oceanfront villa designed for two with uninterrupted Caribbean views and complete privacy.

Located on the quiet East End of St. John, Eco Haute sits above a rocky shoreline with uninterrupted Caribbean views. A plunge pool, wraparound deck, and direct access to the water below make it easy to snorkel or kayak on calm days.

No passport required for U.S. travelers.

Simple to plan and even better once you’re here—easy travel from the U.S., with everything already set up.

Best suited for couples—anniversaries, birthdays, or a last-minute escape that feels handled from the start.

Fully off-grid with solar power, battery storage, and generator backup, so power stays consistent even during island outages. Dual internet (fiber + Starlink) provides reliable connection if you need it.

A fully stocked beach kit (chairs, towels, beach bag, and YETI backpack cooler with insulated jug and mugs) makes beach days effortless.

Solar power with a backup generator ensures uninterrupted power, even during island outages. The villa’s water is fully filtered and safe to drink. Dual internet (fiber + Starlink) provides fast, reliable connectivity—whether you choose to stay connected or unplug.

Perfect getaway for two!

The property was just as pretty as depicted - great location, and very private. We spent most of our time exploring the east end of St John, and Eco Haute was a good base for this. First time at this property, but we will be back!!

Wonderful Home

Eco Haute was amazing! My husband and I were looking for an unplugged trip with a spectacular view and this did not disappoint. We loved waking up early to the waves, sipping coffee on the back porch and lounging in the sun. The house itself has everything you need (just bring some food) and being up on the cliff means you get a great breeze anytime day or night. The house is very secluded and remote - Elena offered to arrange a meet & greet to lead us to the house - I highly recommend unless you are familiar with the East End. Also, definitely plan to get there during day light hours, the roads are no joke especially at night! For the adventurous at heart looking for a truly one of a kind experience, this is your place! At the end of a trip I always find myself ready to head home but my husband and I both felt truly sad to leave this little slice of paradise. We were planning our return trip before we even left. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Perfect Getaway!

It may be one of the most remote homes on island but worth every min of travel for those looking for peace, quite, and one of the best Views on St John. Great to see the island has come such a long way in 15 months.

12th time on the island and loved this Villa

Property was spectacular and remote. We had a blast driving to and fro and seeing such wonderful views. You can spend all day on the deck just watching the sails and boats and ships go by your front porch. Bring some warm wear to be out on deck at night!

Perfect!

My wife and I had an awesome time at this hidden gem on the East End. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away from it all!! You can easily explore the entire island from there. Then stop through Coral Bay to pick up anything you may need before heading back to one of the most amazing places you'll ever stay!

This is the perfect secluded location on the East End of St John. Very private and perfect for couples. Great view of yachts traveling the Sir Francis Drake channel and the BVI's. Bob and Karye's home is perfect for this setting! The home is very new, clean and wonderfully furnished. Yes, will be there again!

Paradise

The home was just like paradise. It was beautiful inside and out and the views were spectacular!! It was a bit further out than other homes but the drive was worth it once you got there. The home was very nicely appointed and had everything you needed and then some. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again in the near future!!

Paradise!

We absolutely loved this property! It is off the beaten path, but so worth it. The deck around the house was my favorite place as it overlooks the Channel and has great views of Tortola and other islands. You can really sit back and enjoy God's creations. Also, the property manager was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay at Eco Haute again!

Natural beauty & total privacy

We just stayed at the Eco Haute for a week for our 20th anniversary, and it was exactly what we were looking for when we booked. You will share the surroundings with goats and donkeys and hermit crabs and pelicans, but no other people. It's a short drive to Coral Bay for provisions, and to a multitude of beautiful bays for snorkeling, which we had a blast doing. Can't recommend the place enough.

Gorgeous views for our honeymoon

Bob and Karye, and Kelly were amazing to work with leading up to our vacation as well as during our stay. As for the property, I am not sure that there is a more beautiful spot to stay on St. John. The views were spectacular. The house was immaculately clean and it had every amenity we needed for our stay from beach chairs/cooler to toiletries. The place actually feels bigger in person than what the photos show. The deck is huge! We Would definitely love to stay here again some day.

Very romantic

This was a once in a life time experience! Very secluded, spectacular views, ocean sounds, warm sun and the stars at night are the best I've ever seen. Bob and Karye are great they were very helpful. Hope to return soon !
