Enjoy your little private piece of paradise at Shawnee Village. Not only will you be surrounded with the best outdoor sites and activities in the you will also have lots of things to do close by. Take a dip in the indoor or outdoor swimming pool, or relax surrounded by peaceful nature in the soothing hot tub. A fully equipped fitness center, tennis courts and shuffle board are just a few of the exciting activities.
The space
Spacious two-bedroom resort villas that comfortably sleep up to eight guests and range from 1,085 to 1,150 square feet. Floorplans vary from one to two stories, so choose the villa that works for you! You will appreciate the privacy of separate bedrooms and the economy of a full kitchen. As a plus, most villas also offer a patio for stargazing and a fireplace for chilly nights.

Please note: There are several villages within the resort, each with different suite styles and slightly different amenity offerings — these villages are Crestview, Depuy, Fairway Village, Ridge Top, River Village I and River Village II. The villa you are assigned may vary from the listing photos.

A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

Air conditioning

No elevators are available at this resort, and because of its mountainous setting, all suites have exterior and interior stairs.

Guests planning on arriving at the resort outside of front desk hours should contact the resort to make alternative check-in arrangements prior to arrival.

There are several villages within the resort, each with different suite styles and slightly different amenity offerings — these villages are Crestview, Depuy, Fairway Village, Ridge Top, River Village I and River Village II.

Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.

Pool and hot tub hours are 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Outdoor pool is seasonal, open Labor Day through Memorial Day. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to the posted pool sign for more information.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for up to four devices. Suite amenities may vary by association.

At this time, all wood-burning fireplaces are not operational. Modifications are required and will be made during the next scheduled suite remodel.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted.
