The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfil your culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the second offers a comfortable queen-size bed. Both rooms are elegantly decorated and outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom also provides direct access to the balcony, perfect for enjoying the stunning views.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
