You'll have private access to the entire first floor (lower level), thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.

Parking is included: two spaces on the driveway in the back (in front of the two closest garage doors). There is street parking on Wood street (past the back yard in the back). The property’s back yard extends all the way to Wood street.

This is a multi-unit property: one unit on the lower level and two units on the upper level. There are trusting tenants living upstairs, so we kindly ask for consideration regarding noise levels. They have a separate entrance and exit to their units. The back yard is shared so we kindly ask for consideration when using this space.

There is a washer and dryer in the basement used by all in the building and we kindly ask for consideration when doing laundry. We take care of linens as part of the depature cleaning.

There are two driveway spaces in the back for your use during your stay. The driveway in front of the closest two garage doors. Garages are locked and not available for guest use.

Self check-in is available for your convenience. We are accessible via VRBO messaging or phone for any assistance needed before, during or after your stay.
