Spectacular ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Large decks and patios wrap the home. The huge landscaped yard and garden is perfect for entertaining and relaxing with family/friends. Walk from the garden 100 ft to your private beach. A private serene majestic experience.
The grounds of the estate are beautifully landscaped and surrounded by woods which create the ultimate private escape in Woods Hole MA. Walk from the house down the path through the garden onto your own 200 foot long private sandy beach which overlooks the Vineyard Sound.
Access the estate down a long private drive, with parking for at least 6 cars.
The home is decorated with exquisite taste. Furniture from Europe. The living room is spacious, with lots of natural sunlight, and a beautiful ocean view.
The Kitchen is fully stocked, with a dining area with seating for 8 plus counter seating. This room also has a gorgeous ocean view and access to the deck.
The master bedroom is upstairs and has an ocean view and deck, with a private full bathroom.
The office is upstairs and has a futon which converts to a queen size bed for extra guests, and has a private full bathroom.
The half bath is upstairs.
Downstairs is the Queen bedroom, which opens to the garden and deck area.
Bedroom 3 is downstairs and has 2 twin beds and also opens to the garden and deck.
Bedroom 4 has a Trundle bed, with 2 twin beds, one slides from under the bed frame to sleep 2.
Downstairs has a full laundry area and a full bath.
