Welcome to Dolly and the Three Bears Cabin, your relaxing mountain retreat in the heart of Pigeon Forge! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath is ooo cabin is the perfect escape for families and furry companions. Nestled just moments from top attractions, yet offering the peace and privacy of nature, it’s the best of both worlds.

* 1 block from the Pigeon River
* 5 minute drive from Dollywood and Splash Country
* 0.5 mi from Dolly Parton’s Stampede
* 0.5 mi from the Pigeon Forge Parkway
* 6 mi to Downtown Gatlinburg

We love being able to sit by the fire pit to enjoy the Mountain view and listen to the river sounds. This cabin is thoughtfully designed for comfort, fun, and relaxation, with features including:

- Two Spacious King Suites, both with in-room whirlpool tubs and private bathrooms
- Sleeper sofas accommodate up to 8 guests
- Theater/Game Room with sleeper sofa, golden tee arcade, and pool table
- Outdoor Firepit in scenic back yard with mountain and partial river views
- Hot Tub and Covered Deck to enjoy the views and sounds of the Pigeon River
- Fully-equipped Kitchen
- Fast WiFi, ideal for streaming or remote work

The cabin is easily accessible year-round with no steep hills to climb and offers the perfect home base for exploring everything the Smokies have to offer.

My family had a great stay. We always appreciate a dog friendly place to stay so our pups can vacation with us. The location couldn’t be beat for convenience to attractions (we came for Dollywood)! Though we didn’t use the hot tub or movie room, those were nice options to have at the cabin. We’d definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Met the cleaning crew and they were very nice and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again. It was perfect for the three of us and our puppy.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Everything we excepted, super nice and clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub and also that it was pet friendly so we could bring our babies with us. Will definitely stay here again

We checked in on Christmas Day. Was allowed to check in early which was nice. We noticed right off that it wasn’t cleaned properly. The coffee table was sticky, beer can under stairs outside, dog food on floor. Found a shirt wrapped in sheets. We tried to understand it was Christmas Day and the cleaning crew was probably in a rush. The location was nice. Close to town. We did leave a daily early. Once home received a email stating they had a claim for hazardous material in home. Was told needles were found under dresser. This terrified us. We had a 11 month old baby crawling around. We have learned a lot about renting and checking for safety with a child.

We didn't get to take advantage of all this extremely clean comfortable cabin had to offer due to my wife being under the weather but we enjoyed the quiet it offered and the location is just wonderful. Amber and Chris communicated well sorry i can't tell how they react to problems because we had none. We have stayed in probably 30 or more cabins and this is the first time the host has used capital letters telling us not to clean anything just enjoy our trip cleaning is our job is what the host said. Would 100 percent stay with them again
