Cheap/dirty place

We stayed here for 2 nights. The entire place needs a paint job, it’s OLD. Looks like there was some water damage in the kitchen. Up on our arrival we discovered the dishes were dirty, we had to wash them by hand to be able to use them. This building has 2 elevators and you will WAIT a long time for them, extremely slow. We will not be coming back. I suggest finding a better location.

Loved our stay!

Really enjoyed our stay!! Everything was Great! We loved the location, easy to walk to the hangout and restaurants! We stayed on the 12th floor, based on other reviews I was nervous about the elevators taking forever! However, we didn’t have any issues!! :) we plan to come again!

A great place to stay except for the elevator situation. 😳

The elevator situation is a little ridiculous. The cleaning staff needs a service elevator. Between 9:00 and 10:00 am, they are trying to get to their floors to clean, some guests are trying to get carts to get their belongings out of the room by 10:00, AND there are others trying to get to the beach—all using 2 elevators for 17 floors. A lot of frustrated people !

Condo was great! Sleep however was slight. Some kind of really loud banging all night kept us up. Might have been the pipes..?? Besides that.. it was great!

Not a very clean place to stay

After checking in got on elevator, maintenance man was in elevator, I asked him a question and he was rude with his comment. Blood stained sheets and pillow. This was after we figured out that we had to place linen on bunk beds. Went to bed and felt sand all over in the linen of master bed. Even after inspecting the sheets. Assume house keeping never changed the linen from previous vacationers. YUCK

Very Nice

Nice room , with a great view. Elevators are a little slow, but most of the condos are. I would stay here again.

Condo was very nice and perfect location!

Perfect place for a family vacation. The condo was nice and staff extremely friendly. The location was perfect since it was right on the beach. We plan on going back again next year!

Everything was very clean. We had a wonderful vacation staying here and will be coming back.

Nice place to stay

The staff were all very friendly, the rooms were nice, and the beach was excellent here. Didnt get in the pool, but they appeared to be keeping it clean (although im sure its a loosing battle so close to the beach).

Gulf Shores condo

No complaints about this property. Great beach, not overly crowded, very easy access. Great for family's. The condo was just what we needed. Hard to sleep 6 because the bank beds were too short for adults. The only problem was the elevator, spent a lot of time waiting for it.
