Includes air conditioning in all rooms, balcony, integrated environments, super well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, cable TV and Smart TV and washer and dryer. The building is modern and has a complete leisure area, parking space, and an excellent location for those who come to SĂŁo Paulo for work, trade fairs, exhibitions, or leisure.
Close to great restaurants, bars, banks and main roads of Sao Paulo. We recommend using Uber and/or cab; these services are very easy to use in the region.
Located in the axis of Avenida LuĂs Carlos Berrini and Chucri Zaidan, close to Berrini, Marginal Pinheiros, American consulate and all the business complex in the region. By car, it is 1 minute from Morumbi Shopping and 13 minutes by car from Transamerica Expo. By foot, it is 10 minutes from the Morumbi train station (emerald line/"linha esmeralda") and 15 minutes from the Borba Gato subway station (lilac line/"linha lilĂĄs").
Building with 24h security. Ideal for vacation, business stays or long-term rentals. It has outdoor and indoor swimming pools, gym, laundry, and parking space.
You will have access to the common areas of the building, posted in the photos. Access to the building will be indicated as soon as the reservation is confirmed, being it 24h, 7x7.
