Villa parfaite, SĂ©jour magnifique

Au printemps, venez profiter de cette villa magnifique, tout est arrangĂ© avec goĂ»t, que ce soit Ă  l’intĂ©rieur oĂč rien ne manque (mĂȘme les produits tels que le savon liquide, la lessive..) ou Ă  l’extĂ©rieur oĂč le patio permet de profiter de longues soirĂ©es andalouse , tout est fleuri c'est un vĂ©ritable charme. De plus, Juan et Paqui sont vraiment aux petits soins pour les visiteurs, ils nous ont mĂȘme emmenĂ©s voir un champ de coquelicot et un site non touristique sur le Torcal d'oĂč l'on peut apercevoir Antequera. La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, nous avons pu visiter Grenade, Ronda, Malaga, Cordoba mais aussi Antequera et Caminito del Rey Ă  El Chorro. Notre pĂ©riode de vacances dĂ©but mai nous as permis de profiter d'un temps magnifique, de sites fleuris et avec finalement un nombre raisonnable de touristes. Notre seul regret c'est de n'avoir eu qu'une semaine de vacances.... Location Ă  conseiller.

Super séjour, location formidable !

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine en famille Ă  6 dans cette magnifique villa proche d'Antequera au centre de l'Andalousie. Situation parfaite pour rayonner et visiter toute la rĂ©gion. Accueil trĂšs chaleureux des propriĂ©taires avec qui nous gardons des liens d'amitiĂ©. En FĂ©vrier, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de tous les Ă©quipements extĂ©rieurs mais nous recommandons quand mĂȘme cette pĂ©riode. Les sites sont un peu moins fleuris mais tellement plus accessibles ! Attention pour arriver jusqu'Ă  la villa la carte Michelin indique La Hoya or il faut suivre La Joya sur la fin du trajet ! Un magnifique souvenir, une adresse que nous vous recommandons chaudement !

Relaxing rural location

The greeting we received was super friendly, we were permitted to put our belongings in a room and food stuffs in the fridge hours before check In. We then spent the afternoon having a lazy lunch in the local village before returning and finding the villa to be immaculate and very well equipped, we did not want for anything. The gardens were beautiful and the views were stunning, the pool even got some use. Great place to stay

Andalucian country villa

We found the villa to be immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with lots of little touches to make it feel homely. Our two week stay with our three children and their partners was very relaxing. The location was peaceful, with views over olive groves and farm land. The garden is delightful, we enjoyed picking fresh fruits and eggs from the chickens. A car is needed as it is not possible to walk to any amenities. However the roads are good and it was easy to get to many surrounding attractions. I recommend Caminito Del Rey (you do need to book in advance), El Torcal & Ronda. The hosts were friendly and helpful and attended promptly to any needs.

In the Heart of Andalusia

With a large kitchen, living room and four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a very comfortable house for a larger group or family. Beautiful views including El Torcal and olive trees and farms. Pool, barbecue and outdoor eating areas made the house a great place to relax on days that we were not sightseeing. The Owners Juan and Paqui were very helpful and have created a lovely holiday hideaway. While it appears to be a bit remote, we did easy day trips to Cordoba, Malaga and Granada. Antequara is a lovely city to visit and the local restaurants were full of local families and excellent food. A great place to spend a week or so to see Andalusia, or just to relax. One caveat, it is in a rural area so the screens on the windows are essential.

Fenomenal!

Pasamos unos días en Nochebuena en la finca y disfrutamos muchísimo. La amabilidad de Paqui y Francisco en todo momento fue la carta de presentación. La casa es una auténtica maravilla, bien cuidada, agradable, con cuartos de baño en todas las habitaciones y calefacción central. No faltó un detalle, por nuestra parte repetiremos seguro. Muy recomendable

TWO WONDERFUL WEEKS IN THE PICTURESQUE SPAIN

This beautiful villa is located in the country with a breathtaking view of the Torcal and rolling agricultural countryside. The villa is immaculately maintained with a delightful gazebo and pool area. It is spacious and easily accommodated three couples for two weeks. The host Juan and Paque were delightful and helpful in suggesting places for church, dining and sightseeing. Nearby towns of La Joya, Villaneuva de la Concepcion and Higuera , only minutes, away were quaint and welcoming. It was easy driving reach of Antequera, Cordoba, Granada, Sevilla and the Costa Del Sol. Driving is easy as the highways are modern and the major cities are connected by expressways. Extraordinary place to see a beautiful part of Spain or just relax at the villa and enjoy the view and the pool.

Lovely villa in a lovely location

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this lovely villa. Juan and Paqui met us in Villanueva de la Concepcion to guide us to the house. Very rural so the satnav came in very handy to locate it again after our first trip out! The photos and description are very accurate and Juan and Paqui are wonderful hosts that live about 1km away and they provide as much as they can to ensure you have a good stay. The setting is perfect if you appreciate rural views but want to be within a reasonable driving distance of major attractions. We visited Granada, CĂłrdoba, Ronda, Malaga, Antequera and, of course, a walk on the Torcal mountains. Just ensure your stay here is long enough to also have relaxing days around the lovely pool! The barbecue and outside dining area was enjoyed by us most nights. We would have no hesitation recommending this beautiful villa and would love to return. Thank you Juan and Paqui and hope to see you again!

Perfect Home away from Home

Los Huertos - The Vegetable Garden is a wonderful nice Finca. The owners have prepared everything very well and the exterior and interior design are made with much love and detail. Every bedroom has its own bath with its own theme. The house is decorated with love and everthing is well thought of. The outside area has a very nice front area and is situated in a olive grove. The pool area is clean and also very well designed. The large table in the barbecue area is perfect for breakfast outside. Overlooking the hills you are also able to see spectacular Torcal Mountain. All kitchen supplies are provided and even handsoap and dishwashing soap were present. Just as you thought it could not get better, the owner were so very nice and their hospitality made the stay truely magnificent. All in all if you are 4 and more people this house is perfect. Everything is so well thought of and as traveller no wish is left open. Although it is a little bit away from Malaga there is much to do an see in this area. So this place is highly recommendable.

Perfect vacation in the Andalusian Countryside

We spent an amazing nine days in the Los Huertos Villa in the end of September 2013. The location of this villa is perfect, making all the main attractions of Andalucia easily approachable. Through these nine days we had visited several cities in the region.We found the way the house is set up to be very comfortable and convenient for a group of travellers like ours. There were eight of us, 3 different families with some older people as well. Each of the bedrooms has its own perfectly equipped bathroom which was very convenient. The house itself is very beautiful and charming, and from the first day you start feeling at home. The house is located in the middle of an olive garden, just next to the amazing El Torcal National Park. That ensures quiet and relaxing atmosphere after a day full of exploration. The morning view on the valley was just amazing too! We enjoyed having family dinners every night on the patio. Enjoying great Spanish wine and grilling fresh meats available in the butchers in the closest town just 5 miles away from the villa. The owners of the place Juan and Paqui were extremely helpful with all our questions and provided the best hospitality ever! Some of the nicest people we have stayed with! We definitely would like to come back to this villa. Just next time would schedule more days just to be spent at the villa, relaxing in the pool and enjoying the beautiful view over Andalusian countryside.

Wonderful villa, finca maravillosa - traumhaft

In May, unfortunately just for one week, we stayed in this charming finca with spectacular views over olive and almond trees in the immediate foreground and the impressive rocks of the nature reserve “El Torcal” beyond. It is beautifully built and decorated, very clean, and well equipped. After full days of exploring the region or visiting famous towns like Granada, CĂłrdoba, etc. we looked forward to a glass of wine on the large sheltered patio area and enjoying the peace and quiet of this idyllic scenery and the children to a swim in the well maintained pool. And it was a pleasure to meet the owners, Juan and Paqui, who are very caring and helpful. We would love to spend another week in that fabulous finca. Thanks for everything! En mayo pasamos una semana fantĂĄstica en “los Huertos”, localizada en un sitio paradisĂ­aco, rodeada de naturaleza, de olivos y almendros y con unas vistas al paraje natural de “El Torcal” espectaculares. La casa estĂĄ muy bien equipada, limpĂ­sima y acogedora, es muy bien decorada con mucho gusto. DespuĂ©s de visitar ciudades famosas como Granada, CĂłrdoba,... nos alegramos de regresar y disfrutar de la tranquilidad, del entorno idĂ­lico y una copa de vino bajo la bonita pergola en el patio otra vez, los niños sobre todo de poder nadar en la piscina muy bien cuidada. AdemĂĄs nos encantĂł conocer a Juan y PaquĂ­ que son muy atentos y amables. Nos encantarĂ­a volver.... y gracias por todo! Im Mai verbrachten wir eine Woche in der traumhaft schönen Finca „Los Huertos“. Innen wie außen war alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Außenanlagen sind wirklich schön eingebettet in die tollen Oliven- und Mandelhaine der Umgebung mit Blick auf den „El Torcal“- Gebirgszug/Nationalpark. Die Idee war, eine zentral gelegenes Quartier zu finden, von dem man gut Granada, Cordoba und Ronda besuchen kann. Das ist voll aufgegangen. Zwar ist man verkehrstechnisch wirklich auf dem Land, der zeitliche Mehraufwand (vielleicht 30 min pro Stecke) gegenĂŒber einer stĂ€dtischen Unterkunft bspw. in Antequera, wurde durch das tolle Ambiente mehr als aufgewogen. Die Anfahrt auf Schotterpisten durch die Olivenhaine war zunĂ€chst etwas ungewohnt und abenteuerlich, aber mit einem normalen Auto kein Problem. Kulinarisch sollte man auf alle FĂ€lle den herrlich milden lokalen ZiegenkĂ€se probieren! Die Vermieter und Besitzer, Juan und Paqui, waren wirklich ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nochmals Danke fĂŒr alles!

Vacaciones en Lo Huertos

Somos una familia gallega con 2 niños pequeños. Hemos pasado una quincena de vacaciones en esta casa. Nuestra estancia alli ha sido maravillosa. Hemos tenido un rincón de paz y a la vez, un montón de sitios que visitar maravillosos: Torcal,Ronda,Antequera, Målaga ;Nerja, etc. La casa estå totalmente equipada y limpísima, la descripción que aparece en la pågina es real y fiable. Los niños disfrutaron todos los días de la gran piscina. Pero lo mejor de todo fué el trato de sus propietarios Juan y Paqui. Da gusto viajar y encontrarte gente como ellos. Nuestro agradecimiento por ofrecernos una estancia lo mas agradable polsible. Olga y Daniel

The Perfect Villa near Villanueva de la Concepcion

We wanted a villa central to the attractions at Granada, Seville, Cordoba & Ronda. Juan & Paqui's rural setting let us relax by the pool with tapas & wine after a long day touring one of the nearby cities. The view of the valley with it's olive orchards & pastures was perfectly complimented by the massive rock cliffs of El Torcal in the distance. At sunset the bells on the goats grazing in the pasture serenaded us during dinner on the patio. Only in a rural setting like this will you have an opportunity for the natural magic of Espana...like a playful, curious fox in the driveway watching you relax with a glass of Jerez after dinner on the patio. The property description is accurate; everything was clean, like new, the pool is pristine, each bedroom had a fan (ventilador) for the warm everings and the kitchen was well equipped for the cook.
