Amazing stay - even with construction occurring at the end of the condo. We were literal steps from the beach and across the street from a small grocer. Everything is within a 10 minute drive. If you are looking to just relax without a bunch of distractions - this is a great place. Kids loved the condo and we felt like for 4 days there was enough space for us all without being on top of one another.

An absolute disaster
Long story short - the listing is not accurate & they refused to do anything to make up for all the issues aside from asking if we wanted to stay an 8th night at a discount. Absolutely not! Here are the issues we encountered:•Pubic hair in the tub •Chunks of used soap in tub•For 2 days we kept getting blocked in (or out) of our parking spot by contractors & spent time each day trying to find someone to move them multiple times•No a/c for a good chunk of one of the days•No advanced notice that maintenance would literally barge through the door as my husband tried to keep keep him out thinking he was breaking in•Photos posted are either of another unit or they’ve not updated them as it was quite different than the images posted•Showed a beach front deck (that said beach access from it wouldn’t be available due to construction) but that was for a totally different unit and there is no beach front back deck•Once the a/c worked again it took 2 days to get the unit below 75*•The main bedroom ceiling fan is so noisy you can’t use it on high•Living room ceiling fan was so poorly installed it shook that we thought it would fall out of the ceiling so we couldn’t use that•Had to pay extra money to leave the unit to find something to do when it was so hot due to the no a/c but we’re sunburned so we didn’t want to leave that day•Kids at another unit ran up & down the upper level & screamed/yelled so loud that we were woken up in the morning and late at night•Filthy sofa bed

Construction Notice: The construction project at the complex was disclosed in the listing prior to your booking, including the closure of beach access. While we understand that any disruption is frustrating, we tried to be transparent so guests could make informed decisions.
HOA Maintenance Entry: The maintenance team that needed access to the unit was hired by the HOA, and unfortunately, we were not given a specific schedule for their entry. We immediately notified the HOA after being made aware of the incident and fully understand how unsettling that moment must have felt.
AC Issue & Compensation Offer: We regret the inconvenience you experienced with the air conditioning and offered an additional night at no cost as a gesture to make up for the disruption. We understand this solution didn’t meet your expectations, and we're sorry it didn’t provide relief.
Cleanliness Concerns: We take cleanliness very seriously and are extremely disappointed to hear about the issues you found. Had we been informed during your stay, we would have sent housekeeping back immediately to resolve them.
Ceiling Fans & Sofa Bed: We were not made aware of any issues with the ceiling fans or sofa bed during your visit. If we had known, we would have sent maintenance to correct them right away. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can ensure these items are addressed promptly.
Photos & Listing Details: The photos in the listing reflect the correct unit. We’ll double-check to ensure there is no confusion regarding the beachfront deck photo and make adjustments if needed for clarity.
