The Space:

Tucked away in the gated resort community of Big Canoe, this inviting 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home blends rustic charm with practical comfort for the perfect family getaway. Featuring high ceilings, oversized picture windows, and an open-concept layout, the main level welcomes you into a bright and airy space ideal for both relaxing and entertaining.



The fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into the living and dining area, making it easy to share meals or cozy up by the fireplace with loved ones. Step outside onto the main level’s open-air deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee among nature.



Upstairs, a loft workspace offers a quiet retreat for remote work or creative projects, complete with a monitor and printer for guest use. Additionally you have two private bedrooms that share a jack-and-jill bathroom.

On the lower level, you’ll find a second family room and dining area equipped with all the essentials for little travelers—games, toys, strollers, high chairs, and even sleeping bags. The main bedroom and ensuite bathroom are also on this level. Off the family room, a screened-in porch provides a serene spot to unwind after a day of outdoor adventure.



As part of the Big Canoe community, guests enjoy access to world-class amenities including golf, fishing, pontoon boats, indoor and outdoor pools, hiking trails, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and a full-service wellness center with a gym and spa (these are not included in your reservation and must be booked and paid for separately directly to Big Canoe)

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the 3 bedrooms on the second floor and basement levels, all the bathrooms, the kitchen and living spaces as the outdoor spaces. Locked closets and rooms may not be used.

110,000 gallon pool with zero entry Includes: Beach, Rock Slide, Paddle Boats, Canoes, Kayaks & Stand up Paddle Boards. Inflatable Water Park, Sun Deck, Beach Volleyball, Bathrooms with showers and baby-changing stations.

104,000 gallon lap pool Kiddie Pool with zero entry play area splash zone. Bathrooms with showers and baby-changing stations. Covered Pavilion with fans, lights and fireplace (first-come first-serve or available for rental)
