The home has 4 large master suites that include Smart TV’s to watch your favorite shows and private balconies to relax, while enjoy the amazing scenery.

Take in the incredible views from the heated infinity pool, heated spa or one of the lounge chairs on the terrace. Watch the sunrise from the terrace, grab binoculars to see if you can spot the whales from Mid-December to April or kick back under the vast amount of twinkling stars while lounging beside the gas fireplace.

Slide-away glass doors allow indoor and outdoor spaces to merge. A gourmet kitchen is equipped with state-of-the art appliances, built in icemaker, complimentary Nespresso machine with capsules and granite countertops that allow guests to prepare their favorite meals while indoor and outdoor dining offer ample space with beautiful views.

Casa Ducci is close to downtown Cabo, the marina and the spectacular Medano Beach where you can enjoy a plethora of restaurants, bars and shops. Golf, world-class fishing and an abundance of water activities are moments away.

Pickleball, tennis & basketball courts are available within a 5-10 min walk. Online reservations are required. Enjoy a 15-20 min walk/3 min drive to Pedregal's private beach. This is not a swimmable beach.

Pedregal is a private gated community, and all guests are required to follow the community Rules & Regulations. The Pedregal community has a Spa, Tennis & Pickleball courts and free access to the beach. Fees for using any community services are not included in the nightly rate.
